校长远程网络培训课程体系的构建

【摘要】：现代网络技术的发展,为突破传统的校长培训方式、变革校长的学习方式提供了网络平台,为实施中小学校长远程网络培训创造了条件,远程培训将逐步成为中小学校长培训的主要方式。因此,构建中小学校长远程网络培训知识课程、案例课程、发展课程的课程体系,是实施中小学校长远程网络培训的重要环节。
[Abstract]:The development of modern network technology provides a network platform for breaking through the traditional training methods of principals and reforming the learning methods of principals, and creates conditions for the implementation of remote network training for principals of primary and secondary schools. Distance training will gradually become the main way of primary and secondary school principals training. Therefore, it is an important link to carry out long-distance network training for primary and middle school principals to construct the knowledge course, case course and curriculum system of the middle and primary school principals' long-distance network training.
