论成人高师院校学风建设的基本思路

【摘要】：学风建设是影响成人高等教育质量诸多因素中重要一环。成人高师院校的学风建设必须从成人高等教育特点和成人高师院校的实际出发,坚持以教育新理念为导向,以教学改革为依托,以倡导教师严谨而高尚的教风为根本,以严格考风、严肃考纪为抓手,以建立与教学基地及其主管部门的工作互促互动机制为途径,努力创造严谨、求实的学风氛围,不断提高教育质量和教育管理水平。
[Abstract]:The construction of style of study is one of the most important factors affecting the quality of adult higher education. The construction of the style of study in adult normal colleges must proceed from the characteristics of adult higher education and the reality of adult normal colleges, adhere to the new concept of education as the guide, rely on the teaching reform, and advocate the strict and noble teaching style of teachers as the fundamental. Taking strict examination and discipline as the starting point and establishing the interactive mechanism of mutual promotion with the teaching base and its competent departments, we should strive to create a rigorous and realistic atmosphere of study style, and constantly improve the quality of education and the level of education management.
