论成人教育在建设人才强国中的作用

【摘要】：当前,以科技竞争、教育竞争和人才竞争为主要形式的国际竞争日趋激烈,人才资源已成为第一资源。我国虽是人力资源大国,但人才发展总体水平还不能满足经济社会发展需求。为此,党中央提出人才强国战略。在这个重要时期,成人教育恰好能够发挥自身的独特优势和重要作用:既可以满足各级各类人才继续教育或终身学习的需要,又可以提高各级各类人才的整体素质,促进他们全面发展,造就经济社会发展所急需的、紧缺的专门人才。
[Abstract]:At present, the international competition with the main forms of science and technology competition, education competition and talent competition is becoming more and more intense, and the talent resource has become the first resource. Although China is a large country of human resources, the overall level of talent development can not meet the needs of economic and social development. To this end, the Party Central Committee put forward the strategy of strengthening the country. In this important period, adult education can precisely play its unique advantage and important role: it can not only meet the needs of continuing education or lifelong learning for all kinds of talents at all levels, but also improve the overall quality of all kinds of talents at all levels. Promote their all-round development, bring up the economic and social development of the much-needed, shortage of specialized personnel.
