残疾人高等教育院校支持性创业体系的建构

【摘要】:为残障大学生提供竞争条件下的支持性就业乃至支持性创业,是提升残障大学生自身价值和生活质量的重要环节,具有深刻的实践意义。但在我国大学生创业率和创业成功率普遍偏低的情况下,残障大学生要自主创业还存在很多制约因素。从残障大学生王翔扬长避短、实现自主创业的个案分析,以及总结其个人特点和创业经历,可以得出,残疾人高等院校应创新育人环节,让残障大学生树立创新创业的意识;发挥专业优势,提升创业专业的竞争力;加强创业实践环节,提升残障大学生的创业实践能力;增强残障大学生的创业心理品质教育,培育其良好的创业品质;国家和政府也应制定相关政策法规,为残障大学生营造良好的创业环境。
[Abstract]:It is an important link to improve the value and quality of life of disabled college students to provide them with support employment and even support entrepreneurship under the competitive conditions, which has profound practical significance. However, under the situation that the entrepreneurial rate and success rate of Chinese college students are generally low, there are still many restrictive factors for disabled college students to start their own businesses. From the case analysis of the disabled college students' Wang Xiang to realize their own entrepreneurship, as well as the summary of their personal characteristics and entrepreneurial experience, it can be concluded that the disabled colleges and universities should innovate and educate people, so that disabled college students should establish the consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship. Give full play to professional advantages, enhance the competitiveness of entrepreneurship, strengthen the practice of entrepreneurship, enhance the ability of disabled college students, enhance the psychological quality of entrepreneurship education, cultivate their good entrepreneurial quality; The state and government should also make relevant policies and regulations to create a good environment for disabled college students.
