陕甘宁边区“干校教育模式”的基本特点及其意义

【摘要】：陕甘宁边区高等学校在经历了长期的发展过程之后,形成了一个比较稳定的、新型的、能够适应革命战争与边区建设需要的“干校教育模式”。该模式的特点是教育干部第一、办学形式多样、为战争服务与建设服务并重、教学原则与方法灵活以及重视提高教育效益等。这些基本特点对于新时期加强党的执政能力建设有许多重要的启示和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:After a long period of development, colleges and universities in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region have formed a relatively stable, new type of "dry school education model" which can meet the needs of the revolutionary war and the construction of the border area. The characteristics of this model are that the education cadre is the first, the form of running a school is various, the service for war and construction is equally important, the teaching principle and method are flexible, and attention is paid to the improvement of educational efficiency, etc. These basic characteristics have many important enlightenment and reference significance for strengthening the Party's ruling ability construction in the new period.
