成人高教发展面临的主要困难及其应对策略

【摘要】：成人高教的发展表现为其适应社会需求能力和为社会服务的能力大大增强,但各类成人学校的教育教学质量差异十分明显,成人高教进一步发展面临一定的困难:宏观管理缺失,学校自律不易到位;师资队伍不整齐,教学精力投入不足;教材建设不到位,缺乏成教特色;学员出勤到课率低,课堂学习时间不足;考试规范化困难,教学质量难于保障。必须采取相关有效措施来予以解决。
[Abstract]:The development of adult higher education is manifested in its ability to adapt to the needs of society and its ability to serve society greatly. However, the quality of education and teaching in all kinds of adult schools is quite different. The further development of adult higher education faces certain difficulties: the lack of macro management, the difficulty of self-discipline in schools, the irregular teaching staff and insufficient input of teaching energy, the inadequate construction of teaching materials and the lack of characteristics of adult education, the low attendance rate of students, The classroom study time is insufficient, the examination standardization is difficult, the teaching quality is difficult to guarantee.
