民族预科教育信息管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】： 少数民族教育是中国教育中一个不可忽视的重要组成部分,建国以来,党和国家一直给予高度重视,它不仅关系着少数民族学生的成长教育问题,也是各族人民共建和谐社会的重要保障。尤其是高新技术的迅猛发展,信息技术和网络技术已广泛渗透到教育管理过程中的各个方面。民族预科教育作为少数民族教育管理中的一项重要内容,需要一个信息管理系统平台,以增强各地区各民族间教育工作的交流与合作。在目前,虽然部分少数民族院校建设了校园网络,在硬件方面仅做到校内互连互通,但在构建适合整个少数民族教育特点的网络化的信息管理软件方面仍处于滞后状态。如何超出学校、地区之间的限制,共享数据和资源成果,增进交流与合作,进一步提高教育部少数民族教育信息化程度和其职工的办事效率?建立和完善民族预科教育信息管理平台现代化与信息化已成为一个刻不容缓的问题。论文的主要工作体现在以下几个方面: 1、总结目前民族预科教育信息管理中的现状和问题,结合笔者工作单位日常教学管理的特点和规律,提出了Web环境下的信息管理系统的软件开发模型和软件部署方案。 2、按照软件开发过程的时间主线及软件工程的传统方法给出民族预科信息管理系统的设计和开发过程中的的需求分析,并对系统概要设计、详细设计、系统部分功能实现和设计思考以及测试过程和结论——做出分析说明加以论证。总之,通过该动态数据网站的建成,达到下面的功能和作用:展示少数民族预科教育新闻及相关信息;提供新闻搜索功能;具有统计相关调查数据的功能;支持其他网站的友情联接;为后台管理员提供管理入口;提供内部电子邮件系统;提供便利交流论坛的功能。
[Abstract]:Minority education is an important part of education in China. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the Party and the state have always attached great importance to it, which is not only related to the problem of the growth and education of ethnic minority students. It is also an important guarantee for the people of all ethnic groups to build a harmonious society. Especially with the rapid development of high and new technology, information technology and network technology have penetrated into all aspects of educational management. As an important part of minority education management, ethnic preparatory education needs a platform of information management system to enhance the communication and cooperation among ethnic groups in various regions. At present, although some minority colleges and universities have built the campus network and only interlinked with each other in the hardware, they are still lagging behind in constructing the network information management software suitable for the characteristics of the education of the whole minority nationality. How to go beyond the limitations of schools and regions, share data and resource achievements, enhance communication and cooperation, and further improve the informatization level of minority education in the Ministry of Education and the efficiency of its staff and workers? It has become an urgent problem to establish and perfect the modernization and informatization of educational information management platform. The main work of the thesis is reflected in the following aspects: 1. Summarize the current situation and problems in the education information management of ethnic preparatory college, combined with the characteristics and rules of the daily teaching management of the author's work unit. This paper puts forward the software development model and software deployment scheme of information management system under Web environment. 2. According to the time thread of software development process and the traditional method of software engineering, the information management department of national preparatory course is given. Requirements analysis in the design and development process, The system outline design, detailed design, system function realization and design thinking, as well as test process and conclusion are analyzed and explained. In a word, through the establishment of the dynamic data website, the following functions and functions can be achieved: to display the education news and related information of minority preparatory courses, to provide news search function, to have the function of statistics and related investigation data; Support the friendship connection of other websites; provide the management portal for the background administrator; provide the internal email system; and provide the function of the convenient exchange forum.
