引领式在线学习在企业培训中的应用研究

【摘要】:正1、现有企业培训学习系统的现状和不足网络远程教育是一种基于计算机技术、网络技术和通信技术进行知识传输和知识学习的新型教育形式,它具有以下优势:学习不受年龄、时间、地点、空间的限制;通过跨时空的优质资源共享,降低成本;教师和学生通过万维网,获得大量的学习资源和信息;教师和学生通过万维网,与不同地方的师生进行互动;提供个性化的教学。当前我国的企业培训在线学习管理模式是以学习者的自主学习行为为主,它主要存在以下几个方面的具体问题:1.1企业在线学习培训无法进行时间管理。
