随班就读资源教师职责及工作绩效评估

【摘要】:为了促进我国随班就读资源教室方案科学规范和高效益运作,本研究借鉴国内外相关研究和实践成果,针对我国该领域的现状和发展前景,讨论资源教师开展工作的2个核心问题,资源教师的职责和工作绩效评估;资源教师的职责可归纳为6个方面:鉴定与评估、教学与指导、咨询与沟通、行政事务、公共关系和资源教室方案研究;工作绩效评估须采用多元化的评估方法,包括学生能力发展、资源教学和RRT专业水平和技能发展等多层面开展评估。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the scientific standard and high benefit operation of the resource classroom program in our country, this study draws lessons from the domestic and foreign related research and practice results, and aims at the present situation and development prospect of this field in our country. This paper discusses the two core issues of resource teachers' work, the responsibilities of resource teachers and job performance evaluation, and the responsibilities of resource teachers can be summed up into six aspects: identification and evaluation, teaching and guidance, consultation and communication, administrative affairs, etc. Research on Public Relations and Resource classroom Program; Job performance Evaluation must be conducted in a variety of ways, including student competency development, resource teaching, and RRT professional level and skills development.
