浅淡高校成人教育管理者的素质提升

【摘要】：正成人高等教育是现代高等教育体系的重要组成部分,它在我国经济发展和社会进步中发挥着不可替代的作用。成教管理队伍肩负着学校成人高等教育组织系统的运转任务,是实现学校工作目标的基本力量。因此,探讨和研究成人高等教育管理队伍目前存在的问题、成人教育管理者应具有的素质及如何提升素质能力十分必要。
[Abstract]:Adult higher education is an important part of modern higher education system. It plays an irreplaceable role in the economic development and social progress of our country. The adult education management team shoulders the operation task of the adult higher education organization system of the school, and is the basic force to realize the work goal of the school. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss and study the problems existing in the management team of adult higher education, the quality that adult education administrators should have and how to improve the quality ability.
