成人教学伦理研究

【摘要】: 伦理精神是教育的人文精神的核心,也是教学的坚定核心。成人教学伦理研究的是成人教学要素涉及的伦理道德问题,为成人教学树立善恶体系,彰显成人教学的伦理关怀。当前成人教学中存在着亟待解决的伦理危机,极大地影响了成人教学质量,制约着成人教育的发展,而关于成人教学伦理的研究却较为匮乏,因此加强成人教学伦理研究势在必行。本文在对相关历史文献梳理的基础上,对当前成人教学伦理的缺陷进行分析,并尝试构建现代成人教学伦理的框架。本文的突破点主要在于以伦理为核心的成人教学伦理架构,具体体现在以下几方面:首先,在分析当前我国成人教学目标严重异化的基础上,提出培养有能力和性善的成人,以使成人学习者成为“完人”,实现“乐生”为成人教学的目标;其次,针对当前成人教学内容中人文教育的严重缺失和德育内容弱化的现实,强调成人教学要实现科学内容与人文内容的整合,强化德育,赋予德育以时代内涵;再次,强调成人教学过程中教学方法的道德核定,倡导成人课堂教学中的师生平等交往,建立新的成人教学评价体系;最后,针对成人教师职业伦理缺失的现象,提出加强成人教师职业伦理的养成。成人教学伦理的构建将提升成人教学的伦理品性,开启成人教学的伦理智慧。
[Abstract]:Ethical spirit is the core of humanistic spirit of education and the firm core of teaching. Adult teaching ethics studies the ethical and moral issues involved in adult teaching elements, sets up a system of good and evil for adult teaching, and highlights the ethical concern of adult teaching. There is an urgent ethical crisis in adult teaching at present, which greatly affects the quality of adult teaching and restricts the development of adult education, but the research on adult teaching ethics is relatively scarce. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the study of adult teaching ethics. On the basis of combing relevant historical documents, this paper analyzes the defects of current adult teaching ethics and tries to construct the framework of modern adult teaching ethics. The breakthrough point of this paper mainly lies in the ethical framework of adult teaching, which is embodied in the following aspects: firstly, on the basis of analyzing the serious alienation of adult teaching goal in our country at present, it puts forward the cultivation of adults with ability and good sex. In order to make adult learners become "perfect people" and realize the goal of "happy students" as adult teaching; Secondly, in view of the serious deficiency of humanistic education and the weakening of moral education in the current adult teaching content, the author emphasizes that adult teaching should realize the integration of scientific content and humanistic content, strengthen moral education, and endow moral education with the connotation of the times; Thirdly, it emphasizes the moral verification of teaching methods in adult teaching, advocates the equal communication between teachers and students in adult classroom teaching, and establishes a new evaluation system of adult teaching. Finally, aiming at the lack of professional ethics of adult teachers, the author proposes to strengthen the cultivation of professional ethics of adult teachers. The construction of adult teaching ethics will enhance the ethical character of adult teaching and open the ethical wisdom of adult teaching.
