【摘要】:正缺了德性的教育不仅有悖教育本质,而且其结果使学生终生都难以弥补。学校面对的教育群体是学生,口口声声说的也是一切为了学生,为了学生的一切,可为什么教学中从起点到目标凸显的是"重术轻人"、"分数至上"?优质课一定是知性与德性的高度统一,而不是教师是知识的二传手,学生是知识的容器。对学生心存敬畏,对教育教学本原心存敬畏,对教师专业的认识
