生态学视角下信息技术在中学有效应用策略研究

【摘要】:随着计算机与网络的发展,信息技术已经渗透到社会生活的各个行业,当然也包括教育领域。信息技术正在改变着教育的形式与学习的方式,而且对传统的教育理念、教学模式等都产生了重大影响。 在我国政府、教育主管部门的高度重视、社会各界的极度关注下,我国的信息化教育取得了很大的进步。前期大量资金的投入,基本完善了信息化教育基础设施的建设。以及紧随其后的人员培训、政策支持等,使信息技术在学校教育系统中发挥了不小的作用。但是,笔者通过实践调查与查阅文献发现,学校的软硬件基础建设完成后,并未完全向人们预期的那样,使教育教学全面的革新。许多学者开始关注信息技术在学校教育系统中应用的效果,探寻信息技术在学校教育系统中应用的有效策略。由于涉及因素较多,至今罕有极具说服力的研究结论。教育生态学是使用生态学理论研究教育规律,以生态学视角审视教育问题,为解决教育问题提供了新视角。 本研究首先回顾了生态学的理论,并结合当前中学信息技术应用现状,以生态学视角分析了信息技术在中学应用中存在的问题。然后,选择了软硬件设施比较完备的样本学校海城高中进行了访谈、问卷调查、实地调研等,对研究学校的师生进行了人际关系、信息技术的自身因素、师生技术观念、水平,以及社会、生态环境等多个可能影响信息技术在中学应用的因素进行调查,以生态学视角、教育生态学理论,着重分析了影响信息技术在中学应用的因素,并探寻信息技术在中学有效应用策略。 本研究认为,通过加强政策引导树立舆论导向,突破体制的束缚建立灵活的组织架构来改善信息技术在中学应用的环境;以加大资金投入保障软硬件资源建设,重视信息技术的定位功能来加强信息技术的资源建设;构建人际资源网络提高教师信息素养等。这样,才能够实现信息技术在中学的有效应用。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer and network, information technology has penetrated into every field of social life, including education. Information technology is changing the form of education and the way of learning, and the traditional educational concept. The teaching mode and so on have produced the important influence. With the great attention of our government, the competent educational departments and the extreme concern of all sectors of the society, the information education in our country has made great progress. A large amount of funds have been invested in the early stage. It has basically improved the construction of information education infrastructure, and the personnel training, policy support and so on, which make the information technology play a significant role in the school education system. However, the author finds through practical investigation and literature review, After the completion of the school's hardware and software infrastructure, it has not completely changed education and teaching as expected. Many scholars have begun to pay attention to the effect of the application of information technology in the school education system. To explore effective strategies for the application of information technology in the school education system. Due to the many factors involved, there are few persuasive conclusions so far. Educational ecology is the use of ecological theory to study the laws of education. It provides a new angle of view to solve the problem of education from the perspective of ecology. This study first reviews the theory of ecology, and analyzes the problems in the application of information technology in middle schools from the perspective of ecology, combining with the current situation of information technology application in middle schools, and then analyzes the problems existing in the application of information technology in middle schools from the perspective of ecology. Haicheng High School, a sample school with complete hardware and software facilities, has been selected to conduct interviews, questionnaires, field investigations, and so on. It has carried out interpersonal relations among teachers and students, information technology factors, teachers and students' concept of technology, and their level. As well as social, ecological environment and other factors that may affect the application of information technology in middle schools, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the application of information technology in middle schools from the perspective of ecology and the theory of educational ecology. And explore the effective application strategy of information technology in middle school. This study holds that, by strengthening policy guidance, establishing public opinion orientation, breaking through institutional constraints, establishing a flexible organizational structure to improve the environment for the application of information technology in middle schools, and increasing funds to ensure the construction of software and hardware resources, We should attach importance to the orientation function of information technology to strengthen the construction of information technology resources, and build a network of interpersonal resources to improve teachers' information literacy. Only in this way can we realize the effective application of information technology in middle schools.
