【摘要】：正蒲公英青少年艺术新人选拔活动,由中华儿童文化艺术促进会主办,是我国具有权威和公信力的青少年儿童才艺选拔大型活动,已成功举办十三届。经过十多年的实践和发展,"蒲公英"活动获得了全国数百万家长、教师和参赛者的好评,为我国少儿文艺的继承和发展做出了巨大贡献,已成为我国青少年儿童文艺活动的著名品牌,影响遍及国内外。为了提高广大青少年的写作水平和综合能力,根据广大家长、教师和孩子的迫切要求,决定增加优秀作文选拔活动。一、组织机构:主办单位:中华儿童文化艺术促进会协办单位:中国网络文学联盟北京世纪文华文化传媒有限公司第一职教传媒评委会:由著名作家、评论家组成二、参选对象:海内外中、小学学生。组别:少儿(6~12岁)、少年(13~18岁)、青年(18~25岁)三、来稿要求:题材和体裁不限,内容健康,感受真切,创意新颖,主题积极。每人限寄1篇(文章限3000字内,诗歌限50行内),要求原创,不得抄袭,如有抄袭,一经发现,即取消参赛资格。来稿打印或用方格稿纸抄写均可,附50字内个人简介,注明详细地址(学校和班级)、邮编、联系电话。来稿一律不退,请自留底稿。四、参选办法:1.凡组织10人以上参选即列为团体参赛单位,请辅导老师统一列表、统一投寄。2.为方便参赛者,除接受书面稿外,同时接受电子投稿,请将作品发至组委会指定信箱。3.每篇作品酌收通联、服务费10元。4.截稿日期:2014年5月31日。五、奖项及评选办法:1.由评委会进行初评和复评,按少儿、少年和青年组分别评选出入围篇目,邀请参加在北京举办的金、银、铜奖现场决赛及终评活动。2.结合现场命题作文评选,并评选出"全国十佳少年作家"和"全国十佳青年作家",届时由主办单位颁发获
