【摘要】：正中国教育科研网、教育卫星宽带传输网等网络相互补充,已基本形成覆盖全国、"天地合一"的教育信息骨干网络。中国教育科研网成为世界最大的国家级学术互联网,连接2000多所教育科研机构。百所高校承担建设的国家下一代互联网主干网成为世界上规模最大的纯IPv6试验网。大多数农村中小学装备了信息终端设施。基础教育阶段学习平均生机比由2008年的19∶1提高到2011年的13∶1,学习网络条件下的教学与学习环境逐步改善。
