关于河南省民办高校教师职业倦怠现状的调查与分析

【摘要】:调查结果显示,民办高校教师存在明显的职业倦怠现象,其中情绪衰竭最为严重,紧随其后的依次为去人性化和个人成就感。产生职业倦怠的原因包括:社会的高期望值与角色的高定位;办学基础薄弱,福利待遇差;教学工作量大,科研能力较弱;绩效滞后,缺少跟踪调查。缓解民办高校教师职业倦怠的对策包括:社会应降低对教师的期望值,建立民办高校教师社会保障制度;学校应采取有效措施,消除教师的倦怠心理;教师应与学生进行有效的沟通,要具备主动发展的能力。
[Abstract]:The results of the investigation show that teachers in private colleges and universities have obvious phenomenon of job burnout, among which emotional exhaustion is the most serious. The following reasons are dehumanization and personal accomplishment. The causes of job burnout include: high expectation of society and high orientation of role; weak foundation of running a school, poor welfare, large teaching workload and weak scientific research ability; The countermeasures to alleviate the burnout of teachers in private colleges include: the society should lower the expectation of teachers, establish the social security system for teachers in private colleges, and take effective measures to alleviate the burnout of teachers in private colleges and universities. Teachers should communicate effectively with students and have the ability of active development.
