城乡义务教育师资配置均等化的人事管理探究

【摘要】:本文在阐述义务教育师资配置均等化与教育公平理论的基础上,分析了城乡教师配置在数量、结构方面存在的差距,从人事管理的角度提出了推进城乡义务教育师资配置均等化对策:推进农村教师人事制度改革,稳定农村教师队伍;提高农村教师素质,优化师资队伍结构。
[Abstract]:On the basis of explaining the theory of equalization of compulsory education teacher allocation and education equity, this paper analyzes the gap in quantity and structure of teacher allocation between urban and rural areas. From the point of view of personnel management, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the equalization of the allocation of teachers in urban and rural compulsory education: to promote the reform of rural teachers' personnel system, to stabilize the contingent of rural teachers, to improve the quality of rural teachers and to optimize the structure of teachers' ranks.
