建立教育发展的压力纾解与转化机制

【摘要】：正我国教育现代化从早期的"教育救国"到今天的"科教兴国",一直承载着巨大的赶超压力。面对这些压力,人们往往谈"压"畏难、谈"压"生厌、谈"压"添烦,难以将其释放为教育实践的正能量。所谓教育发展压力,是指在教育发展目标确立及其实现过程中,相关主体背负一定的负担和面临一定的挑战,由此形成一种影响教育发展方向、内涵、方式及目标实现的程度的现实力量。这种压力如果得到合理纾解,为主体自觉意识和体认,就可激发其自身的潜力和创造性,并转化为推动教育发展的动力。反之,当压力超过一定的承受力或不被主体所体认时,往往成为一种阻力甚至破坏力。因此,教育发展压力是一种介于动力和阻力之间的中性力量。
[Abstract]:From the early "education save the country" to the "science and education rejuvenate the country" today, the education modernization of our country has been carrying a great pressure of catching up with it. Facing these pressures, people often talk about "pressure", "pressure" and "pressure", and it is difficult to release it into the positive energy of educational practice. The so-called educational development pressure is the establishment and the establishment of educational development goal. In the course of the present process, the relevant subjects bear a certain burden and face certain challenges, thus forming a realistic force that affects the direction of education development, the connotation, the way and the realization of the goal. If the pressure is reasonably relieved, the consciousness and recognition of the subject can stimulate its own potential and creativity, and turn it into a push. On the contrary, when the pressure exceeds a certain bearing force or is not recognized by the subject, it often becomes a kind of resistance or even destructive force. Therefore, the educational development pressure is a neutral force between the power and the resistance.
