政府教育职责及其评价

【摘要】：正研究政府的教育职责问题既具有理论意义和实用价值,但同时也是一个非常复杂、极具挑战性的题目。在《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》颁布之后,这个题目已列入教育体制改革的重大试验项目,有几个省市正在积极探索和实践,但有很多问题尚需进一步研究。下面主要讲三个方面。
[Abstract]:It is not only of theoretical significance and practical value to study the educational responsibility of government, but also a very complex and challenging topic. After the promulgation of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020), this subject has been included in the major experimental project of educational system reform. Several provinces and cities are actively exploring and practicing, but there are many problems that need to be further studied. Here are three main aspects.
