浅谈高校贫困学生的心理健康教育

【摘要】：在我国的市场经济快速发展的今天,我国的国民逐渐享受到了改革开放的红利,物质生活的水平与精神生活的质量都取得了很大程度的提升。但毋庸置疑,基于各种原因的存在,收入差距的拉大,以及地区发展的不均衡日益成为社会关注的焦点,这也直接导致高校贫困学生的心理健康问题的产生。在高校,贫困学生这一群体由于家庭的贫穷而产生精神焦虑和抑郁,害怕与人正常交往,或人际关系不够和谐等心理发展上的障碍,学习上困难较多等现实性的问题,会对其日后的发展有所不利。对高校贫困学生实施心理健康教育就应该从培养积极向上的认知观、渗透健康人格教育、开展挫折教育这三方面着手,以促进高校贫困学生心理健康教育的有效性发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's market economy, our nationals gradually enjoy the dividend of the reform and opening up, the level of material life and the quality of spiritual life have been greatly improved. However, there is no doubt that the existence of various reasons, the widening of the income gap and the imbalance of regional development have become increasingly social customs. The focus of the note also leads directly to the mental health problems of poor students in Colleges and universities. In Colleges and universities, the poor students, because of family poverty, produce mental anxiety and depression, fear the normal contact with people, or lack of harmonious interpersonal relations and other psychological development obstacles, and have more difficulties in learning and other practical problems. The development of mental health education for poor students in Colleges and universities should be carried out from three aspects, namely, cultivating a positive concept of cognition, infiltrating healthy personality education and carrying out setback education, in order to promote the effective development of mental health education for poor students in Colleges and universities.
