【摘要】：自二战之后,芬兰持续地进行了一系列的教育改革,采取包括基于信任的问责制度、宽松灵活的测试评价、通过多样化来促进公平以及研究型的教师教育来培养高质量的教师等一系列措施来提升教育质量。芬兰学生在国际学生评价项目(PISA)上的优异表现,有力地说明了一系列的教育改革取得了明显的成效。
[Abstract]:Since World War II, Finland has continued a series of educational reforms, including accountability based on trust, flexible testing and evaluation. A series of measures are taken to improve the quality of education, such as diversification to promote equity and research-based teacher education to train high quality teachers. The outstanding performance of Finnish students in the International Student Assessment Program (PISAA) shows that a series of educational reforms have achieved remarkable results.
