清代新疆官办民族教育的政府反思

【摘要】:清前期新疆的学校教育没有得到政府的重视。新疆建省、新政兴起等政治事件,带来了教育制度的剧变;不同级别和类型的学校纷纷建立,少数民族的教育,也为政府所重视。但是教育投入之巨与收效之微,使执政者反思有教无类、潜移默化的困难,以及普及教育所遭遇的民族、宗教、语文的隔阂;一些积极的对策在《新疆图志·学校志》中得到集中的反映。清代遗留的这一教育症结和积极回应,至今仍然是有效治理新疆值得借鉴的重要内容。
[Abstract]:In the early Qing Dynasty, the school education in Xinjiang did not get the attention of the government. Political events such as the establishment of Xinjiang Province and the rise of the New deal have brought about dramatic changes in the educational system; schools of different levels and types have been established one after another and the education of ethnic minorities has also been attached importance to by the government. However, the huge investment and the small effect of education make the rulers reflect on the difficulties of education, and the barriers of nationality, religion and Chinese in popularizing education. Some positive countermeasures are reflected in Xinjiang Tu Zhi School Records. The educational crux and positive response left by the Qing Dynasty are still important contents for effective governance of Xinjiang.
