地方师范院校创新青年教师培养模式探索——以忻州师范学院为例

【摘要】:地方师范院校创新青年教师培养模式是改革教学管理办法、提高师资队伍水平的一种尝试。忻州师范学院始终站在战略高度看待青年教师的培养问题,开拓思路,积极探索,并充分发挥各系部与教学督导室的作用,把督导、集体培训和竞赛选拔等方法结合起来,有效地帮助青年教师尽快熟悉教学业务,保证了教学质量。同时,通过课程建设和科研立项等长效机制,把青年教师的培养纳入教学、科研的常规管理,稳步提高其教学与科研水平,为建设一支高质量的师资队伍做好基础工作。
[Abstract]:Innovating the training mode of young teachers in local normal colleges is an attempt to reform teaching management and improve the level of teaching staff. Xinzhou Teachers College has always looked at the training of young teachers from a strategic perspective, opened up ideas, actively explored, and brought into full play the role of all departments and the teaching supervision room, combining the methods of supervision, collective training and competition selection. Effectively help young teachers to become familiar with teaching business as soon as possible, and ensure the quality of teaching. At the same time, through the long-term mechanism such as curriculum construction and scientific research project, the training of young teachers should be brought into teaching, the routine management of scientific research should be carried out, the level of teaching and scientific research should be improved steadily, and the foundation work should be done for the construction of a high-quality teaching staff.
