山西兴县农村留守儿童教育问题研究

【摘要】:伴随着我国改革开放,大量农村剩余劳动力到城市打工,但由于户籍制度及与其相关联的城乡隔离的各种制度还没有彻底的改变,许多农村剩余劳动力在进入城市的各个领域工作的同时,面临着无法使自己的子女在城市学校读书的现实问题,他们被迫无奈选择将子女留在农村上学,由此引发了农村留守儿童的教育问题。农村留守儿童的教育关系到农村工业化、城镇化、信息化与农业现代化的实现,,对其研究有重要的理论意义与实践应用价值。 本文以山西省兴县农村留守儿童为研究对象,共发放问卷600份,收回582份,其中,有效问卷578份。通过对留守儿童问卷的统计分析及与监护人、教师的访谈得知,留守儿童上课不认真听讲,课后不立刻完成作业,部分留守儿童逃学现象严重,常去网吧、游戏厅等不良场所。与非留守儿童相比,留守儿童对待学习的态度和目的也不容乐观。究其原因,外出打工的父母和社会对留守儿童的关注度不够,监护人责任不强,对留守儿童的管理教育都严重依赖学校,而农村学校却面临着教育资金缺乏、教育内容僵化和教育方式不符合实际情况等问题,使留守儿童出现教育空缺,留守儿童的学习状况堪忧。针对农村留守儿童存在的教育问题,本文认为留守儿童父母应该经常与子女联系,监护人应承担起教育责任,学校需要强化教育管理,改变僵化教育方式,政府也需提高对留守儿童教育的重视力度以及教育留守儿童提升自身认知水平。
[Abstract]:With China's reform and opening up, a large number of rural surplus labor to work in cities, but due to the household registration system and its associated urban-rural segregation of various systems have not completely changed. Many rural surplus labors, while working in various fields of the city, are faced with the realistic problem of being unable to make their children study in urban schools. They are forced to choose to keep their children in rural schools. This led to the education of children left behind in rural areas. The education of left-behind children in rural areas is related to the industrialization, urbanization, informatization and the realization of agricultural modernization, which has important theoretical significance and practical application value for its research. In this paper, 600 questionnaires were sent out and 582 were collected, among which 578 valid questionnaires were collected from rural left-behind children in Xingxian County, Shanxi Province. Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire for left-behind children and interviews with guardians and teachers, we know that children left behind do not listen to lectures seriously in class, do not finish their homework immediately after class, and some left-behind children often go to bad places such as Internet cafes and game rooms. Compared with non-left-behind children, the attitude and purpose of Left-behind children towards learning is not optimistic. The reason is that parents and society who go out to work pay less attention to left-behind children, have not strong responsibility of guardian, and rely heavily on schools for management education of left-behind children, but rural schools are faced with lack of education funds. The inflexibility of education content and the unconformity of educational methods with the actual situation make the education vacancy of left-behind children, and the learning condition of left-behind children is worrisome. In view of the educational problems of rural left-behind children, this paper holds that parents of left-behind children should often contact their children, guardians should bear the responsibility of education, schools should strengthen education management and change rigid education methods. The government also needs to pay more attention to the education of left-behind children and improve their cognitive level.
