教师继续教育课程的现状、问题及对策——以中学理科教师调查结果为例

【摘要】:调查表明,目前我国继续教育的中学理科教师培训学缺少自主选择课程的权利;培训课程实施中缺乏实践性;评价制度成为制约继续教育课程体系形成的最大因素。解决教师继续教育中存在的问题,要注重组合多个课程模块,供不同教师群体自主选择;推进教育实践联盟,着力解决教学实际问题;关注教师需求变化,建立长效培训机制;健全继续教育评价机制,发挥评价的多种功能。
[Abstract]:The investigation shows that, at present, the middle school science teachers in our continuing education lack the right to choose their own courses, the training curriculum is lack of practicality, and the evaluation system becomes the biggest factor that restricts the formation of the curriculum system of continuing education. To solve the problems existing in teachers' continuing education, we should pay attention to the combination of multiple curriculum modules for different groups of teachers to choose independently, promote the alliance of educational practice, focus on solving practical teaching problems, pay close attention to the change of teachers' needs, and establish a long-term training mechanism. We will improve the evaluation mechanism of continuing education and give full play to its various functions.
