创建“量身定制教育”民办学校战略问题研究

【摘要】:“每个人的自由发展是一切人的自由发展的条件”。随着中国经济的发展、民主进程速度加快、“人性”的觉醒,个性发展已成为新时代显性的社会特征。现行的学校教育是共性教育,是以政府规范的统一的课程,针对大多数学生进行的整齐划一的知识传授过程,很难做到差异化、个性教育,导致学生的个性被同质化,个性和创造性被扼杀。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》指出,实施个性化教育,是促进教育改革的一个重要抓手,是实施素质教育的重要措施,是教育贯彻以人为本科学发展观的重要体现。《纲要》首次正式提出鼓励个性化教育,为每个学生提供适合教育的观点。个性化教育已成为时代的呼唤。 创建“量身定制教育”的民办学校,就是以个性化教育需求市场为导向,以“量身定制”为教育方式,探索民办学校运营个性化教育的策略,达到“为每个学生提供适合的教育,让每个学生享受到成功的体验”的目的,以此来提升民办学校竞争力,促进民办学校特色发展,同时为中国教育改革提供参考。 本文将结合创业理论和项目评价理论相关知识,从理论、社会背景、市场、财务及经济与社会协调发展等多个方面,为“创建一所‘量身定制教育’的民办学校”这一项目进行分析论证,最终为投资决策提供相对全面、系统、客观的依据。全文共分为七个章节:第一章为绪论部分,这部分主要说明研究的目的、意义、内容和方法,针对国内外对个性化教育的理论研究和实践形式进行阐述。第二章是可行性分析,这章主要是从背景、环境、技术、经济、社会效益等五个方面对项目创建可行性进行全面阐述。第三章是对项目实施规划的分析,主要是从建设方案、生产组织两个方面进行阐述。第四章是市场拓展规划分析,主要从市场分析、产品定位、营销策略等三个方面对该项目的市场运营策略进行分析。第五章是财务支持计划分析,主要从资金运作、融资计划、成本与利润等三个方面对资本运作进行分析。第六章是风险防范,主要从技术风险、市场风险和管理风险三个方面进行分析。第七章是企业前景及退出机制。最后一部分是结论,总结了“创建‘量身定制’的民办学校”项目的可行性及发展策略。
[Abstract]:The free development of every human being is the condition for the free development of all human beings. With the development of Chinese economy, the speed of democratic development, the awakening of "human nature" and the development of personality have become the dominant social characteristics of the new era. The current school education is a general education, a unified curriculum with government norms, and a uniform process of knowledge imparting for most students. It is very difficult to achieve differentiation and personality education, which results in the students' individuality being homogenized. Personality and creativity have been strangled. The outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020) points out that implementing individualized education is an important grasp of promoting educational reform and an important measure to implement quality education. It is the important embodiment of carrying out the scientific development view of people-oriented education. The outline is the first time to formally put forward the idea of encouraging individualized education and to provide every student with a viewpoint suitable for education. Individualized education has become the call of the times. The establishment of "customized education" is to explore the strategy of running individualized education in private schools, which is guided by the market of individualized education demand, and with "customized education" as the way of education. In order to improve the competitiveness of private schools and promote the development of the characteristics of private schools, the goal of "providing suitable education for each student and making every student enjoy a successful experience" can also be provided as a reference for the educational reform in China. This paper will combine the relevant knowledge of entrepreneurship theory and project evaluation theory, from the theory, social background, market, financial and economic and social coordinated development and other aspects, This paper analyzes and demonstrates the project of "establishing a" custom-made private school ", and finally provides a relatively comprehensive, systematic and objective basis for the investment decision." The full text is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part, this part mainly explains the purpose, significance, content and method of the research, and expounds the theoretical research and practice forms of individualized education at home and abroad. The second chapter is the feasibility analysis, this chapter is mainly from the background, environment, technology, economic, social benefits and other five aspects of the feasibility of the project. The third chapter is the project implementation planning analysis, mainly from the construction plan, production organization two aspects to carry on the elaboration. The fourth chapter is the market development planning analysis, mainly from three aspects of market analysis, product positioning, marketing strategy to analyze the project's market operation strategy. The fifth chapter is the analysis of financial support plan, mainly from three aspects: capital operation, financing plan, cost and profit. The sixth chapter is risk prevention, mainly from three aspects of technical risk, market risk and management risk. The seventh chapter is enterprise prospect and exit mechanism. The last part is the conclusion, and summarizes the feasibility and development strategy of the project.
