中等职业学校学生心理健康教育研究

【摘要】:中等职业学校的学生正处在身体和生理发育、发展的重要时期由于种种原因,他们存在文化课成绩不理想、心理问题突出的问题。在当前社会价值观发生剧烈变化的情况下,他们身心健康发展受到了很大影响。中等职业学校学生的心理健康状况不容乐观,令人担忧。 本课题将研究的视角定位于中等职业学校心理健康教育,通过对中等职业学校学生进行问卷调查与分析,找出当前中等职业学校学生常见的心理健康问题,并对这些问题进行归因分析;同时借鉴国外和我国香港地区青少年心理健康教育的先进经验与启示,从而提出了加强中等职业学校心理健康教育的对策,以期推动和改进我国中等职业学校心理健康教育,服务于培养更多更好的社会主义建设人才。
[Abstract]:The students of secondary vocational school are in physical and physiological development. Due to various reasons, they have some problems such as unsatisfactory achievement of culture course and outstanding psychological problems. Their physical and mental health have been greatly affected by the drastic changes in social values. The state of mental health of students in secondary vocational schools is not optimistic and worrying. This paper focuses on the mental health education in secondary vocational schools, and finds out the common mental health problems of secondary vocational school students through the questionnaire survey and analysis of the students in secondary vocational schools. At the same time, the author draws lessons from the advanced experience and enlightenment of young people's mental health education in Hong Kong and foreign countries, and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the mental health education in secondary vocational schools. The aim is to promote and improve mental health education in secondary vocational schools and to train more and better talents for socialist construction.
