教育家的生长土壤及素养

【摘要】:教育家的成长有其特殊规律,切不可急功近利。教育家产生于深厚的文化土壤,有丰富的知识结构和人文素养,能够从文化视角深入观察、思考、解决教育问题。教育家产生于广阔的世界教育土壤,具有深厚的国际教育品质,具有世界教育素养,能够从世界教育实践中汲取教育智慧。教育家产生于热切的时代生活土壤,扎根现实土壤,对现实有发言权,并能深刻地影响教育实践。贯通历史文化,放眼世界教育,扎根时代热土,锤炼高尚的品质,拥有博大的胸怀,潜心教书育人,这些是教育家的精神基因。
[Abstract]:The growth of educationalists has its own special laws, must not be eager to achieve immediate benefits. The educator is born in the deep cultural soil, has the rich knowledge structure and the humanities accomplishment, can observe deeply from the cultural angle of view, ponders, solves the education question. The educator is born in the vast world educational soil, has the profound international education quality, has the world education accomplishment, can draw the education wisdom from the world education practice. Educators are born in the living soil of the eager times, take root in the real soil, have a say in the reality, and can profoundly affect the educational practice. Through the history and culture, world education, take root in the hot land of the times, temper the noble quality, have a broad mind, concentrate on teaching and educating people, these are educationists' spiritual genes.
