【摘要】：正据国际教育组织网站2013年1月8日报道,2012年12月12日,欧洲委员会的决策机构(外交)部长委员会(the Committee of Ministers of theCouncil of Europe)发布了一项建议(即Recom-mendation CM/Rec(201213)),此建议主要关注全民优质教育、教育与公民权、民主等方面议题。欧洲委员会认为,在教育和文化方面采取共同的行动将会进一步促进欧盟成员国之间的团结。
