班级团体心理辅导:学校微观教育的有效选择

【摘要】：正班级团体心理辅导是在班级情境下,借助团体心理咨询和辅导的理念、技术、手段,营造温暖、安全、相互尊重和理解的氛围,以班级建设和学生发展过程中出现的现实问题为内容,通过解决问题,促进班级、师生共同成长发展的教育活动过程。随着我国学校心理健康教育的不断推进,班级团体心理辅导在班级建设、师生成长、学生积极心理品质培养等方面彰显出积极作用,成为学校微观教育层面的必然选择、学校心理健康教育的发展趋势和班主任工作创新的重要载体。
[Abstract]:Class group psychological counseling is to create a warm, safe, mutual respect and understanding atmosphere with the help of the concept, technology and means of group psychological counseling and guidance in the class context. Based on the practical problems in the course of class construction and students' development, this paper aims to solve the problems and promote the development of the class and the teachers and students in the process of educational activities. With the development of school mental health education in our country, class group psychological guidance plays a positive role in class construction, teachers and students' growth, and the cultivation of students' positive psychological quality. It has become the inevitable choice of school micro education. The development trend of school mental health education and the important carrier of class teacher's work innovation.
