【摘要】：教育事业的整体性和教育成果的集体性,要求学校既要全方位、多方面的协调配合,又要调动各方面的积极性,形成和谐的内外关系。校长要积极思索构建和谐校园的策略,不断增强学校的活力。具体策略如下:"五个依靠"育和谐,包括依靠思想教育、常规管理、目标激励、民主管理、党政齐心;"四个提倡"显和谐,包括提倡感恩之心、欣赏之情、主动意识和自律作风;"三个魅力"兴和谐,包括凝聚力、感召力、亲和力。
[Abstract]:The integrity of education and the collectivity of educational achievements require that schools should not only coordinate in all aspects, but also arouse the enthusiasm of all sides. To form a harmonious internal and external relationship, the principal should actively think about the strategy of building a harmonious campus, and constantly enhance the vitality of the school.
