【摘要】：近年来,北京市许多非游泳传统小学都积极参加游泳比赛,单在2011年度北京市中小学生游泳比赛中就有169所小学报名参赛,参赛人数超过10人的队伍就有19只,近1000名小学生参加比赛。与此同时,学校的游泳兴趣班,游泳业余队伍的组建也在日渐壮大。游泳运动的热度在北京市小学中不断升高,可参加的机会一年却仅有两次,而且比赛时间间隔较长,这样的现状一定程度的影响了运动员训练的效果和成绩。适度参加比赛更是能力锻炼的有效途径,而良性竞争的比赛氛围,更能有效地激发运动员的潜力。本文通过对北京市小学游泳比赛现状的分析和对比赛需求的统计分析,开展校际赛事的必要性和可行性研究,并设计出一套具体的赛事开发方案,促进北京市小学游泳校际赛事的开展。通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法为本文提供数据及理论支持。通过分析研究得出以下结论：1赛事的增加是为了学生有更多的机会参加比赛,也是为了促进北京市小学游泳的积极发展。北京市作为全国小学游泳项目发展前列,更应该为其他城市做出表率作用。2北京市每年有近千名小学生参加游泳比赛,但是每年代表学校参加的比赛只有两个,最长赛事间隔达到9个月,这样的赛事间隔既不利于北京市小学游泳项目的积极发展,也不利于学生进行系统的游泳项目锻炼,训练与赛事之间存在矛盾。3北京市小学游泳项目的参赛主体和客体对赛事的需求明显,而且需求量远超过现有的赛事次数。参赛客体中,家长对赛事的需求是有阶段性的。学校方面希望通过比赛增加学校的知名度,也希望通过比赛给学生更多展示自己的机会,让更多的孩子有发挥自我优势的机会。4改进北京市小学游泳赛事是可行的,本身这样可以满足参赛主体对赛事的需求,也是对参赛客体的发展,更好的促进学校体育的进步。5新赛制建立在联盟的成立上,弥补了北京市小学游泳赛事不足的情况。
[Abstract]:In recent years, many non-swimming traditional primary schools in Beijing have actively participated in swimming competitions. In 2011 alone, 169 primary schools registered in the Beijing Primary and Middle School Swimming Competition. There were 19 teams with more than 10 participants and nearly 1, 000 pupils taking part in the competition. Meanwhile, the school's swimming interest classes. Swimming amateur teams are also growing. Swimming fever in primary schools in Beijing is rising, but only twice a year to participate in the opportunity, and the time interval is longer. Such a situation to a certain extent affected the results and results of athletes training. Appropriate participation in the competition is an effective way to exercise the ability, and healthy competition atmosphere. Through the analysis of the current situation of primary school swimming competition in Beijing and the statistical analysis of the competition demand, the necessity and feasibility of the inter-school competition is studied. And designed a set of specific competition development program to promote the development of primary school swimming events in Beijing. Through literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method. Logical analysis and mathematical statistics provide data and theoretical support for this paper. Through the analysis and research, the following conclusions can be drawn: the increase of the number of events in 1: 1 is for students to have more chances to participate in the competition. It is also to promote the positive development of primary school swimming in Beijing. It is also important to set an example for other cities. 2. Nearly 1,000 primary school children in Beijing take part in swimming competitions each year, but only two competitions are held on behalf of the school each year, with a maximum interval of nine months. The new competition system is based on the establishment of the league, which makes up for the shortage of swimming events in primary schools in Beijing.
