小学美术教学动手能力的培养

【摘要】：作为人自我完善的各种能力中,动手能力占据着非常重要的意义。现代社会技术发展的步伐越来越快,对人才的选择要求也越来越高,其中具有相当动手实践能力的人才尤其受到欢迎。我国的教育教学过去太注重了对人的智力方面培养,忽视了动手能力的培养,造成了相当多的高分低能现象。随着素质教育的步步推进,提出动手实践、培养创新创造人才的呼声越来越高涨。小学生是人的一生发展的基础阶段,基础教育对小学生的能力培养及未来发展具有巨大的作用,因此加强小学阶段的动手能力培养就变得尤为重要了。小学美术教学不仅仅承担了对学生美术方面的培养责任,同时对动手能力的培养也起着重要作用。可以说,小学美术教学由于它的学科特色是培养小学生动手能力的一块重要的领域。本文基于对动手能力培养的认识入手,紧密关注小学美术教学对动手能力培养作用,从理论和实践展开研究。文章绪论部分提出了问题的由来,研究背景、研究状况及目的,继而从强调了动手能力培养的教学对学生的重要作用入手,并通过现状调查分析,采用问卷调查和访谈形式着重从教学环境、教学意识、课程实施和教学状况四个方面对问题进行分析,找出动手能力培养教学不足之处,并提出了相应的举措策略,最后针对小学美术教学如何在具体的教学实施过程中充分发挥学生的动手能力,本文作了一个具体的教学设计。
[Abstract]:As a self-improvement ability, hands-on ability occupies a very important significance. The pace of modern social technology development is getting faster and faster, and the choice of talents is becoming more and more demanding. In the past, the education and teaching of our country paid too much attention to the cultivation of human intelligence, but neglected the cultivation of practical ability. With the development of quality-oriented education, the voice of hands-on practice and cultivation of creative and creative talents is rising. Primary school students are the basic stage of the development of human life. Basic education plays an important role in the ability cultivation and future development of primary school students. Therefore, strengthening the primary stage of hands-on ability training has become particularly important. Primary art teaching has not only assumed the responsibility of cultivating students' fine arts. At the same time, it also plays an important role in the cultivation of practical ability. The art teaching of primary school is an important field to cultivate the practical ability of primary school students because of its subject characteristics. Based on the understanding of practical ability, this paper pays close attention to the role of art teaching in the cultivation of practical ability. The introduction part of the article puts forward the origin of the problem, research background, research status and purpose, and then emphasizes the important role of hands-on ability training teaching to the students. And through the investigation and analysis of the current situation, the use of questionnaires and interviews from the teaching environment, teaching awareness, curriculum implementation and teaching situation of four aspects of the analysis, to find out the practical ability of teaching deficiencies. Finally, aiming at how to give full play to the students' practical ability in the process of implementing the art teaching in primary school, this paper makes a concrete teaching design.
