小学“问题学生”的成因与对策研究

【摘要】：小学生能否健康快乐的成长不仅关系到家庭的希望,也关系到民族的素质和未来。小学阶段是青少年发展的关键时期,也是一个人人生观、价值观初步形成的时期,与个人的未来发展密切相关。当前,随着独生子女人数的不断增多,“问题学生”的数量也逐年上升,这一群体对家庭、学校和社会所造成的影响不容忽视。而由于各种原因,目前转变“问题学生”还存在多种误区,需要我们各方面不断的进行研究和寻找对策。本论文的研究,能够在一定程度上为我国小学转变“问题学生”提供一定的理论依据,并进一步为学生的健康持续成长提供支持。笔者在文章的引言部分对“问题学生”的研究现状、研究意义和研究方法进行了概述。正文共分为四大部分:第一部分笔者对小学“问题学生”的相关概念进行了界定,对“问题学生”的主要表现进行了阐述。第二部分对小学“问题学生”的成因进行了解析,外因包括家庭教育的缺失、学校教育的忽视和社会环境的影响三大方面;内因包括基础差、学习兴趣低,心智发展不成熟,意志薄弱、自控能力差三个方面。第三部分笔者选取了两个典型的案列进行了深入的研究和分析,找出影响他们的真正原因并制定相应的转化策略,最终转化成功,使他们步入了正常的学习轨道。最后笔者主要阐述了对小学“问题学生”的教育转化策略,主要有四大策略,分别是情感教育策略、多元评价策略、制定约束策略和家校联合策略。
[Abstract]:Whether the pupils can grow up healthily and happily is not only related to the hope of the family, but also to the quality of the nation and the future. The primary school stage is the key period for the development of teenagers, and it is also a person's outlook on life. The initial formation of values is closely related to the future development of individuals. At present, with the increasing number of only children, the number of "problem students" is also increasing year by year. The influence caused by school and society can not be ignored. However, due to various reasons, there are still many misunderstandings in the transformation of "problem students", which requires us to continue to study and find countermeasures in all aspects. To a certain extent, it can provide some theoretical basis for the transformation of "problem students" in primary schools in our country. And to provide further support for the healthy and sustainable growth of students. The author in the introduction of the article on the "problem students" research status quo. The research significance and research methods are summarized. The text is divided into four parts: the first part of the author of the primary school "problem students" related concepts are defined. The second part analyzes the causes of "problem students" in primary schools, including the lack of family education. The neglect of school education and the influence of social environment; Internal causes include poor foundation, low interest in learning, immature mental development, weak will, poor self-control. The third part of the author selected two typical cases for in-depth research and analysis. Find out the real reasons that affect them and formulate the corresponding transformation strategy. Finally, the successful transformation makes them into the normal learning track. Finally, the author mainly expounds the educational transformation strategy of the "problem students" in primary school. There are four main strategies, which are affective education strategy, multiple evaluation strategy, constraint strategy and home-school combination strategy.
