北京市怀柔区4所小学花样跳绳特色项目建设研究

【摘要】:特色项目是我国各个地区学校兴校发展的要点,也是办学特色的主要体现。它在小学课程教学评估结论中的地位也十分重要。不管是为了迎合教学评估的需要,还是为了促进学校发展,特色项目建设依然具有重要的战略价值。倡导什么样的体育特色项目,始终是各学校的一项重要研究课题。随着新一轮基础教育课程改革的推进和特色化教学的普及,包括小学在内的越来越多的学校,将特色项目建设作为学校长远发展的不可或缺的任务。花样跳绳运动是一种特别有效的有氧运动,花样跳绳简单易懂、方便、危险系数低、趣味性高,既可以集体练习又可以单人练习,而且对场地的要求低,受天气、气候变化的影响极小。花样跳绳运动能促进人体骨骼器官的生长发育,有益于身心健康、强身健体、开发智力,提高学生的整体素质。跳绳逐渐受到教育部门的重视,他们将跳绳作为小学生体质测试的运动项目之一。花样跳绳运动在小学体育项目中逐步发展起来。近年来,广大青少年学生被花样跳绳运动特有的魅力所吸引。学校开展花样跳绳运动,不仅有助于培养学生的意志品质,发展学生身体素质能力,而且有助于拓宽教学内容,增设体育课程资源,丰富校园体育文化内涵。本研究以北京市怀柔区小学花样跳绳特色项目建设为研究对象,采用文献研究、问卷调查、访谈、实地考察、数理统计等研究方法,对北京市怀柔区小学花样跳绳特色项目建设的背景、建设的目的与意义、建设的总体思路与方案、建设的方法与途径、建设的影响因素、建设的实践效果等展开调查研究。研究结果表明:1、花样跳绳特色项目的建设是一个长期而持续的积累过程。怀柔区小学花样跳绳特色项目在师资条件、场地器材等方面的建设框架已基本建立。但与花样跳绳特色项目建设目的的实现还存在着不小的差距。2、花样跳绳得到怀柔教委的重视,并在师资以及绳具方面给予支持。为怀柔区小学花样跳绳特色项目建设奠定了基础。而且也大大推动了花样跳绳在怀柔区小学的发展。3、怀柔区小学花样跳绳专业教师基本上都属于外聘教师,花样跳绳特色项目建设运用的方法相对比较单一,不能够满足学校花样跳绳特色项目建设的需求。4、怀柔区小学花样跳绳特色项目建设中运用的途径相对比较单一,没有把校本课、社团活动和大课间完全的结合起来,没有立体地进行建设。并且每周的校本课和社团的课时数较少,导致学生学习进度比较慢,所学到的内容不够扎实巩固。
[Abstract]:Characteristic project is the key point of the development of schools in various regions of our country, and it is also the main embodiment of the characteristics of running schools. It is also very important in the conclusion of primary school curriculum teaching evaluation, whether it is to meet the needs of teaching evaluation. Or in order to promote the development of schools, the construction of characteristic projects still has important strategic value. With the promotion of the new round of basic education curriculum reform and the popularization of special teaching, more and more schools, including primary schools. The construction of characteristic items as an indispensable task for the long-term development of the school. Pattern skipping is a particularly effective aerobic exercise, figure skipping is easy to understand, convenient, low risk coefficient, high interest. Not only can the collective practice but also the single practice, and the demand for the field is low, by the weather, the climate change influence is extremely small. The pattern skipping movement can promote the human body bone organ growth and development, is beneficial to the physical and mental health. Strengthen physical fitness, develop intelligence, improve the overall quality of students. Rope skipping gradually received the attention of the education department. They regard rope skipping as one of the sports items for primary school students' physique test. In recent years, the sport of pattern skipping has been gradually developed in primary school sports. The majority of young students are attracted by the unique charm of the pattern skipping sports. The school carries out the pattern skipping sports, not only helps to cultivate the students' will quality, but also to develop the students' physical quality ability. And it is helpful to widen the teaching content, add the physical education curriculum resources, enrich the connotation of campus sports culture. This study takes the construction of the characteristic project of pattern skipping in primary school in Huairou district of Beijing as the research object, adopts the literature research. Questionnaire, interview, field investigation, mathematical statistics and other research methods, on the background of Beijing Huairou District primary school pattern rope skipping project construction background, the purpose and significance of the construction, the overall ideas and plans of the construction. The methods and approaches of construction, the influencing factors of construction, the practical effect of construction, etc., are investigated and studied. The results show that: 1. The construction of the characteristic project of pattern skipping is a long-term and continuous accumulation process. The characteristic project of pattern skipping in Huairou District is in the condition of teachers. The construction frame of site and equipment has been basically established, but there is still a big gap between the construction purpose of the characteristic project of pattern skipping and that of pattern skipping, which has been attached importance to by Huairou education committee. And in the teachers and rope support for the Huairou District Primary School pattern rope skipping characteristics project construction laid a foundation. But also greatly promoted the pattern skipping in Huairou primary school development .3. Huairou District primary school pattern rope skipping professional teachers are basically external teachers, the method of construction of characteristic project of pattern skipping is relatively single, which can not meet the needs of the construction of school pattern rope skipping. 4. Huairou District primary school pattern rope skipping characteristics project construction in the use of relatively single approach, did not combine school-based classes, community activities and large classes. There is no three-dimensional construction. And the number of school-based classes and club classes per week is less, resulting in the slow progress of students, the content learned is not solid enough to consolidate.
