【摘要】："家"是一个字,是一种氛围,更是一种文化,学校作为一个大家庭,要努力让每一个老师成为家庭主人,置身家中,不但要明确自身的职责与义务,更要让人人体会到家的关怀与温暖,快乐与幸福。按照家的概念来打造学校的校园文化,使自己所工作的学校如家一样温暖、融合、敬业、守纪、包容、向上。
