游戏教学法在8-10周岁少年儿童暑期蛙泳培训班教学中的实验研究

【摘要】:随着社会的进步,人们健身的意识也越来越强,游泳成为人们喜欢的运动项目,,暑假期间全国各地游泳馆的儿童培训班出现爆满的现象,但这些培训班的教学质量却不容乐观。在教学方法方面与国外的一些发达国家相比,我国暑期游泳培训班仍然是以传授游泳技能为目的的,这种传统而无创意的教学方法有很多的弊端:其一,会导致学生对游泳运动产生厌烦的心理,培训结束后,学生很少去游泳馆进行练习和巩固,导致几个月后将所学的动作遗忘,需要重新学习;其二,不能够较快的消除学生对水的恐惧心理;其三,培训结束后的教学质量差,有时会出现很多学员达不到毕业的标准。因此,教练员在培训过程中应该重点掌握以下几点:第一,如何能使学员在培训过程中更好的掌握技术动作;第二,在培训的过程中要注重增加学员对游泳这个项目的兴趣爱好;第三,培训结束后,全体学员的合格率要高,这不仅是对学员的负责,也可以给游泳俱乐部带来更多的效益。在很久以前,人们就把游戏作为一种活动,而现在人们把游戏作为了一种应用到各门学科的教学方法,由于它本身所具有的娱乐性质,是其他教学方法无法比拟的。它可以使学员更乐于积极主动的参与到教学中,有利于学员对技术动作的掌握;它可以使学员在课堂上很放松、很快乐并且有自己想象的空间,有利于学员的自主学习能力。本文以游戏教学法在暑期蛙泳培训班教学实践中的应用为主要研究对象,选取太原市华翔游泳馆暑期蛙泳培训班的40名学员为实验对象,实验组和对照组各20名,其中实验组采用游戏教学法,对照组采用传统的教学法,进行为期15天蛙泳培训的实验研究。研究目的:通过暑期蛙泳培训班的教学实验,来证明游戏教学法在暑期蛙泳培训班中的教学效果与传统教学方法相比是否存在差异性。 研究方法:本论文主要运用实验法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法,对实验组和对照组两组学员实验前、实验中、实验后进行了蛙泳技能、蛙泳学习兴趣、蛙泳学习动机等指标的测试,并对结果进行统计分析。 结论: (1)在暑期蛙泳培训班的教学中,采用游戏教学法的实验组在熟悉水性、蛙泳腿动作、蛙泳腿和换气配合动作、蛙泳手臂动作、蛙泳手臂和换气配合动作、踩水动作这六个单元的评价指标都优于采用传统教学法的对照组,均具有显著性差异。 (2)通过对实验组和对照组最终的评价:即对游距达标的人数、25米速度游、蛙泳技术动作评分、2min距离游的测试得出数据,并对数据处理得出以下结论:实验组学员一次性游距在25米以上、50米以上、100米以上的人数均比对照组的学员人数多;蛙泳技术动作评分、25米速度游、2min距离游的测试结果分析得出实验组的学员和对照组的学员有显著性差异;采用游戏教学法的实验组最终教学效果优于传统教学法的对照组。 (3)通过实验前后对实验组和对照组的学员进行蛙泳学习兴趣和学习动机的调查,并对两组进行实验前后的组间对比和组内对比,实验结果显示:实验前实验组和对照组学习兴趣、学习动机均无显著性差异;实验后实验组和对照组的学习兴趣、学习动机均有显著性差异;实验前后对照组的学习兴趣、学习动机均无显著性差异;实验前后实验组的学习兴趣、学习动机均有显著性差异,这说明实验组采用的游戏教学法可以提高学员们蛙泳的学习兴趣和学习动机。 (4)在暑期蛙泳培训班的教学结束后,就学员学习效果的问题对家长进行满意度的调查,调查结果显示:实验组和对照组学员家长的满意程度存在着显著性差异,实验组的学员家长比对照组的满意度高。说明暑期蛙泳培训班运用游戏教学法可以提高教学效果。 (5)在暑期蛙泳培训班的教学结束后,对两组学员进行身体形态和身体素质的测试,结果显示:实验组学员和对照组学员的体重有显著性差异,肺活量和坐位体前屈较对照组学员提高的幅度大,说明采用游戏教学的实验组减轻体重的效果要优于对照组。对于肥胖的少年儿童减肥的效果较明显,同时还可以提高学员的身体素质和身体机能,增强学员的体质。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society, people's health consciousness is more and more strong, become the people love the sport of swimming, swimming across the country during the summer training children there were phenomena, but the quality of teaching of these courses is not optimistic. Compared to some developed countries in terms of foreign teaching methods, our summer swimming the training class is still to teach swimming skills for the purpose of teaching, the traditional methods and ideas has many disadvantages: first, will cause the students tired of psychological on swimming, after the training, students rarely go to swimming practice and consolidation, lead to a few months after the action is forgotten, need to learn; second, can not quickly eliminate students' fear of water; thirdly, the teaching quality after training, sometimes there will be a lot of students are not up to the graduation standard. Therefore, coaches should grasp the following points in the training process: first, how to make students better in the training process to master the technical movements; second, in the training process should pay attention to increase students interest in the sport of swimming hobby; third, after the training, the qualified rate of all the students to be high, the not only is responsible for the student, also can bring more benefits to the swimming club. A long time ago, people put the game as an activity, and now people put the game as a teaching method applied to every subject, because it itself has the nature of entertainment, is unmatched by other teaching methods. It can make students more willing to actively participate in teaching, help students master the technical movements; it can make students relaxed in the classroom, very happy and have their own imagination space That is conducive to students' autonomous learning ability. Based on the application of game teaching method in the teaching of summer breaststroke training classes in practice as the main object of study, 40 students were selected from Taiyuan Huaxiang swimming breaststroke summer training class as the experimental object, the experimental group and the control group with 20 cases in each group, the experimental group using game teaching method, the control group using the traditional teaching method, experiments were carried out for a period of 15 days. Objective: To study the breaststroke training through the teaching experiment of summer breaststroke training classes, to prove the teaching effect of game teaching method in breaststroke training class in summer compared with the traditional teaching methods are different.
Methods: This paper uses experimental method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, literature method, mathematical statistics method, the experimental group and control group two groups of students before the experiment, experiment, experiment of breaststroke breaststroke breaststroke skills, learning interest, learning motivation are tested, and the results were statistical analysis.
Conclusion:
(1) in the summer breaststroke training classes teaching, using game teaching method in the experimental group with the water, the breaststroke leg kick and ventilation with the action, breaststroke arm movements, breaststroke arms and ventilation with the action of the control group, the evaluation index of the six unit treading water is better than the traditional teaching method, there are significant differences.
(2) the experimental group and control group: the final evaluation of the number of travel from the standard, 25 meter speed swim breaststroke technique action score, 2min distance swimming test data, and the data processing can draw the following conclusions: the experimental group students time to swim the distance of 25 meters, 50 meters above the number. 100 meters above the number of students were higher than control group; action score 25 meters breaststroke technique, speed of travel, the test results of 2min distance travel analysis of the experimental group and the control group students students have significant differences; the control group and the experimental group using game teaching method the teaching effect is superior to the traditional teaching method.
(3) before and after the experiment of the experimental group and control group students were investigated breaststroke learning interest and motivation, and before and after the experiment between group comparison and group comparison of two groups, the experimental results show that the experimental group and the control group before the experiment study interest, there were no significant differences in learning motivation; learning interest the experimental group and the control group after the experiment, there were significant differences in learning motivation; learning interest control group before and after the experiment, there were no significant differences in learning motivation; experimental group learning interest and learning motivation have significant differences, indicating that the game teaching method in the experimental group can improve students interest in learning the breaststroke and learning motivation.
(4) at the end of the summer breaststroke training class teaching, students' learning effect investigation of satisfaction of the parents, the survey results showed that: there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group students' degree of satisfaction with the experimental group than the control group students' parents satisfaction. Summer breaststroke training classes use the game teaching method can improve the teaching effect.
(5) at the end of the summer breaststroke training class teaching, body shape and physical quality of the two groups of participants tested, results showed that: there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group students student body weight, vital capacity and body antexion than the control group students improved greatly, indicating that the experimental group using game teaching weight loss is better than the control group. For children obesity weight loss effect is obvious, but also can improve the students' physical quality and body function, enhance students' physique.
