从人性视角来审视乡村小学全科教师的培养问题

【摘要】:教育的本真追求是在尊重人性的基础上发展人性。政府应恢复乡村政治、经济、文化和教育生态,为全科教师的人性发展奠定基础;高师院校应按照"课程体系→课程模块→统摄课程→学科课程"的逻辑关系,把分离的学科课程融合为有机的知识体系,依照"知识→能力→素养→人性"的人性发展路径来构建课程体系;强化高师院校"教师教育者"的专业培训,提高学科课程的教学境界,使小学全科教师深刻理解掌握知识对促进人性发展的作用和规律,以感悟人性、发展人性为主线,培养小学全科教师。
