吴正宪与黄爱华小学数学教学理念及策略比较研究

【摘要】:在教育教学中,遵循优秀的教学思想会使教学更加顺利地完成。吴正宪和黄爱华都是一线教师中的佼佼者,追随他们的教育教学思想并对比思考,有利于指导小学教育工作,提高小学数学教学质量,使小学数学教育教学更好地进行。本论文主要采用比较研究法、案例研究法以及文献法,对吴正宪与黄爱华的教学思想进行比较分析。首先从教学理念方面,对吴正宪与黄爱华的小学数学教学思想进行比较,在对二位教师的教学理念进行比较研究后,再对吴正宪与黄爱华小学数学教学思想理论根基进行比较。经过对吴正宪与黄爱华的书籍、教学案例、教学实录、教育访谈等的观看,对吴正宪与黄爱华的教学实践进行探究。最后,根据对吴正宪与黄爱华的比较研究,罗列一些在教学理论及实践中对自身的启示。吴正宪与黄爱华的教学理念拥有以人为本、崇尚创新、终身学习、以“质”育爱的理念共性,但其中又各有千秋。吴正宪与黄爱华的教学思想与教育学、心理学等理论是分不开的,而儿童心理学、加德纳多元智能理论、马斯洛需求层次理论、最近发展区理论是吴正宪与黄爱华在教育教学中应用较多的理论。通过课程的导入、课程的生成、课程的应用与外延三大阶段来对吴正宪与黄爱华小学数学课堂教学策略进行比较,由此分析吴正宪与黄爱华小学数学教学操作模式的相同点与不同点。经过对吴正宪与黄爱华的教学理念、思想根基、教学策略的探究比较,发现吴正宪与黄爱华两位优秀的教师相似之处很多,这样的相似之处基本属于优秀教师的共性,是值得我们认真学习的;其二人也具有不同之处,而这些不同之处追其根本,其大方向都是相同的,教学理念是想通的。本论文在一定程度上深化了对吴正宪与黄爱华的小学数学教学思想的研究,同时为一线教师在工作上提供了一些理论支撑,并为即将成为小学教师的小学教育专业学生的教育实践提供一个可操作的范式和模板。
[Abstract]:In education and teaching, following excellent teaching ideas will lead to a more successful completion of teaching. Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua are outstanding among first-line teachers. Following their educational and teaching ideas and thinking in a comparative way are conducive to guiding the work of primary education. In order to improve the quality of mathematics teaching in primary school, this paper mainly adopts comparative research method, case study method and literature method. This paper makes a comparative analysis of Wu Zhengxian's and Huang Aihua's teaching ideas. First of all, it compares Wu Zhengxian's and Huang Aihua's elementary school mathematics teaching ideas from the aspect of teaching ideas, and then makes a comparative study on the two teachers' teaching ideas. After comparing Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua primary school mathematics teaching ideology and theory foundation. Through the viewing of Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua's books, teaching cases, teaching record, educational interview, etc. This paper explores the teaching practice of Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua. Finally, according to the comparative study of Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua, it lists some enlightenments to themselves in teaching theory and practice. The concepts of advocating innovation, lifelong learning, and educating love with "quality" are common, but they have their own merits. Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua's teaching ideas are inseparable from the theories of pedagogy and psychology, while children's psychology and Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences are inseparable. Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs, the theory of proximal development area is the theory that Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua have applied more in education and teaching. The application and extension of the curriculum have been compared between Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua primary school mathematics classroom teaching strategies. This paper analyzes the similarities and differences between Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua primary school mathematics teaching operation mode. Through the exploration and comparison of Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua's teaching idea, ideological foundation and teaching strategy, We found that there are many similarities between Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua. Such similarities basically belong to the common features of excellent teachers and are worthy of our careful study. The two of them also have differences, and these differences follow their root. The main direction is the same, and the teaching idea is reasonable. To some extent, this paper deepens the research on Wu Zhengxian's and Huang Aihua's elementary school mathematics teaching thought, and provides some theoretical support for the first-line teachers' work at the same time. It also provides an operational paradigm and template for the educational practice of primary school students who will soon become primary school teachers.
