【摘要】:正没有遇见教育困境并在困境中"为伊消得人憔悴"的校长,没有经历学校重大改革实践的校长,是不会有真正属于自己的办学理念的。今天,你说老师缺理念,他不服气,一口气能说出多条课程标准里的理念、多元智能的理论。其实,那都不是他的理念,那是课程标准的,那是多元智能的。要内化了才是你自己的。内化不是简单的事。不是说背出来了,写论文用上了,就有理念了。很多老师的理念,是嘴上说说的理念。同样的,你说校长没理念,他们跟你急,
