教育需要坚守“儿童立

【摘要】:学校教育唯有承认学生的独立性和独特性,站在儿童的立场看待儿童的教育和发展,才会尊重学生作出的决定和选择,理解学生的言行,并与之产生思想与情感的共鸣。儿童立场的确立与坚守,不能仅存于文字中,需要化成学校教育的内在构成和教师的教育行为。一是践行儿童立场之"根",读懂学生的成长需求。从寻常的教育现象中发现其内含的成长问题,从不同寻常的教育现象中读出学生的成长需求。二是坚守儿童立场之"魂",教育面向每一位学生。以学生发展为出发点,根据不同年段学生的成长需求和同龄学生之间存在的个体差异,设计不同的实践活动,使每一位学生都有机会参与。三是坚持儿童立场之"体",活动丰富学生的童年。把"玩"的权利交还给学生,让学生放开手脚,"玩"出新意、"玩"出水平。
[Abstract]:School education can respect the decisions and choices made by students and understand their words and deeds only if they recognize the independence and uniqueness of their students and view their education and development from the standpoint of the child, With which thoughts and emotions resonate. The establishment and adherence of children's positions cannot only be found in words. One is to practice the "root" of the child's stand and understand the growth needs of the students. Read out the students' growth needs from the unusual educational phenomenon. Second, stick to the "soul" of the child's stand. Education is geared to every student. Take the student's development as the starting point. According to the growth needs of students of different ages and the individual differences among students of the same age, different practical activities are designed. Make every student have the opportunity to participate. Third, adhere to the "body" of the child's position, enrich the student's childhood. Return the right of "play" to the student, let the student let go of his hands and feet, "play" the new idea, "play" out the level.
