邱学华小学数学教学语言特色研究

【摘要】:随着新课改深化与发展,教师逐渐开始重视课堂教学的“三高”,即高水平、高质量、高效果。要想使课堂效果达到极致,教师不仅要提高自身的素养,还需持有一项核心教学“武器”,即教学语言。教师的语言能力,影响其本身的教学、对知识的透彻理解,还影响着学生对学习以及知识的思考、实践、感悟与创新。当前的小学数学课堂中,教师讲课时间本就少,再加上些许课堂突发状况及低年级阶段的组织教学占用时间,学生用于思考、反思、练习、创造的时间更所剩无几。教师的教学语言如何指引学生完整课堂的教学活动,使其思维得到发展、知识面得到积累、能从问题中提出问题,能养成良好的数学学习思维与习惯等,值得每一位小学数学教师反省、思考。本文主要采用文献研究法和案例研究法对邱学华的小学数学教学语言特色进行深度地思考、分析与总结。首先对形成邱学华的小学数学教学语言特色的源头进行初步地整合、分析。其次,结合邱学华的小学数学尝试课堂教学案例,对邱学华的课堂教学语言特色及其形成原因进行思考、分析与呈现;再次,以邱学华的小学数学尝试课堂的异课型为出发点,再对其异课型中教学语言的魅力做呈现演绎;最后,经过系统地思考、反省与提炼后,总结出邱学华小学数学教学语言特色对教师教学的启示,供教师反思并吸取经验。邱学华作为小学数学界名师,“尝试”是他毕生教学和研究的法宝。他运用尝试法引导学生进行尝试、反思、再试等教学活动,每一堂尝试课,都有其独特的教学语言与教学魅力。他“相信学生、相信尝试”的教学宗旨,不仅彰显着教育的本质和真理,还切实地把学生放在了教育的第一位上。因此,邱学华德小学数学课堂教学语言特色就像是一面镜子,可以使教师在发现自己语言能力不足的同时,改善自己的教学语言,回溯教育的本质,把学习的主动权交给学生,使数学变成每个学习者的生命,不再是个别人的优势。品味借鉴邱学华的小学数学教学语言特色,可以改善目前小学数学教师课堂教学用语单一、枯燥致使课堂无味、无趣的现状,切实地提高小学数学教师的教学语言素养,升华教师课堂教学的趣效之道。
[Abstract]:With the deepening and development of the new curriculum reform, teachers gradually begin to attach importance to the "three heights" of classroom teaching, that is, high level, high quality and high effect. It is also necessary to hold a core teaching "weapon", that is, the language of instruction. The language ability of teachers affects their own teaching, their thorough understanding of knowledge, and the students' thinking and practice of learning and knowledge. Perception and innovation. In the current elementary school mathematics class, teachers have less time to teach, plus a little classroom emergencies and organizational teaching time in the lower grades. Students use it to think, reflect, and practice. How can the teacher's teaching language guide students to complete classroom teaching activities, develop their thinking, accumulate knowledge, and ask questions from the problem? It is worthwhile for every primary school mathematics teacher to reflect on and think about the good thinking and habit of mathematics learning. This paper mainly uses literature research and case study to deeply think about Qiu Xuehua's teaching language characteristics of primary school mathematics. Analysis and summary. First of all, the source of the characteristics of the primary school mathematics teaching language of Qiu Xuehua is preliminarily integrated and analyzed. Secondly, combined with Qiu Xuehua's primary school mathematics trial classroom teaching case, This paper thinks, analyzes and presents Qiu Xuehua's classroom teaching language characteristics and its forming reasons, and, thirdly, takes Qiu Xuehua's primary school mathematics as the starting point to try out the different class type, and then presents and deduces the charm of teaching language in the different class. Finally, after systematic thinking, introspection and refinement, the author summarizes the enlightenment of the characteristics of mathematics teaching language in Qiu Xuehua Primary School to teachers' teaching. For teachers to reflect on and learn from experience. Qiu Xuehua, as a famous elementary school mathematics teacher, "try" is the magic weapon of his lifelong teaching and research. He uses the method of trial to guide students to try, reflect, retry and other teaching activities. His teaching purpose of "believe in students, believe in trial" not only reveals the essence and truth of education, but also puts students in the first place in education. Qiu Xuewald's primary school mathematics classroom teaching language features are like a mirror, which enables teachers to improve their own teaching language while discovering their own language incompetence, to trace back the essence of education, and to give students the initiative to learn. It is no longer an individual's advantage to make mathematics become the life of every learner. Learning from Qiu Xuehua's characteristics of primary school mathematics teaching language, we can improve the present primary school mathematics teachers' classroom teaching language single, boring resulting in the classroom boring. The present situation of uninteresting, improve the teaching language accomplishment of the elementary school mathematics teacher, sublimate the interesting and effective way of the teacher's classroom teaching.
