我国卓越小学教师职前培养文献述评

【摘要】：随着我国基础教育改革的推进,教师教育体系逐步完善,国家教育部对教师教育做出了新的指示,要求培养出更多的卓越教师。通过对近年关于卓越教师和教师职前培养的数篇学术论文进行梳理和分析,从概念界定、卓越教师的特征研究、国内"卓越教师计划"改革试点的实践与探索研究、个人反思等方面做了综述。梳理发现:我国大部分高等师范院校中,卓越教师的职前培养工作还不够完善,高等师范院校和地方政府的配合程度不够紧密。虽然很多专家学者开展了大量研究,对卓越教师的定位、特征、培养模式等问题从理论和实践的角度进行了研究分析,但是还存在较大的分歧,没有完整的大家都认可的模式。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of the reform of basic education in China and the gradual improvement of the teacher education system, the Ministry of Education has made new instructions on teacher education. Through combing and analyzing several academic papers on teacher excellence and pre-service training in recent years, the author defines the concept and studies the characteristics of outstanding teachers. This paper summarizes the practice and exploration research, personal reflection and so on of the pilot reform of the "excellent teacher Plan" in China. It is found that the pre-service training of outstanding teachers is not perfect in most of the normal colleges and universities in our country. The degree of cooperation between teachers' colleges and local governments is not close enough. Although many experts and scholars have carried out a great deal of research, they have studied and analyzed the orientation, characteristics and training models of outstanding teachers from both theoretical and practical perspectives. But there are still big differences, there is no complete everyone agreed to the model.
