重庆市江北区小学音乐教师钢琴教学能力调查报告

【摘要】:随着全国不断推行素质教育和各学校办学水平条件的提高,钢琴逐渐走进了小学音乐课堂。2011年,钢琴已经成为小学音乐课堂最普遍、最主要的音乐教学道具,被收入《全日制义务教育音乐课程标准》课程资源开发与利用建议中。因此,小学音乐教师职前的钢琴技能储备、职后的钢琴演奏能力和教学能力均在音乐教学中占有重要地位。本研究以新课标为前提,对小学音乐教师的课堂教学现状及有相关文献进行研究分析,以重庆市江北区小学音乐教师的钢琴教学能力为实地调查研究对象,参照现代教育学,利用本科及研究生阶段获得的音乐课程论、教学论等知识和多年积累的实践经验,采用实地调查、访谈及问卷调查等方法对江北区小学音乐教师的钢琴技能进行一系列调查研究。从小学音乐教师职前的钢琴实际能力、职后的钢琴培训情况以及在课堂上对钢琴的应用情况这三方面展开具体分析,根据调查与分析的结果及调研中反馈的信息,阐述小学音乐教师钢琴专项技能和课堂教学当前存在的一些问题,并联系目前教育背景,提出一些改善措施及个人观点。运用现代音乐教育教学理论分析小学音乐教师职前的钢琴技能储备、教学过程及职后自修模式,探索其成功与失误的较深层次成因,开展对处在基础教育阶段的小学音乐教师钢琴技能个案及普遍现状进行研究。本研究力图为小学音乐教师的钢琴专项技能的培养和发展提供可信度高、操作性强的参考依据,对小学音乐教师钢琴教学能力的职后培训模式与教师自身的专业发展有一定的应用意义。
[Abstract]:With the continuous implementation of quality education in China and the improvement of the level of running schools, piano has gradually entered the music classroom in primary schools. In 2011, piano has become the most common and the most important music teaching props in primary school music classes. Therefore, the piano skills reserve of primary school music teachers before employment is suggested in the proposal of curriculum resources development and utilization of the full-time compulsory education music curriculum standard. The piano playing ability and teaching ability are both important in the music teaching. This study, based on the new curriculum standard, makes a research and analysis on the present situation of the primary school music teachers' classroom teaching and the relevant literature. Taking the piano teaching ability of the primary school music teachers in Jiangbei district as the research object, referring to the modern pedagogy, using the music curriculum theory and teaching theory acquired by undergraduate and graduate students and the practical experience accumulated for many years. A series of investigations on piano skills of primary school music teachers in Jiangbei District were carried out by means of field investigation, interview and questionnaire survey. The situation of piano training and the application of piano in class are analyzed in detail. According to the results of investigation and analysis and the feedback information in the investigation, This paper expounds the piano special skills of primary school music teachers and some problems existing in classroom teaching, and relates to the current educational background. Some improvement measures and personal viewpoints are put forward. The piano skills reserve, teaching process and self-study mode of primary school music teachers are analyzed by using modern music education teaching theory, and the causes of success and failure are explored. This paper studies the piano skills of primary school music teachers in the basic education stage and the general situation. This study tries to provide a reliable and operable reference for the cultivation and development of the piano special skills of the primary school music teachers. The post-service training mode of piano teaching ability of primary school music teachers and the professional development of teachers themselves have certain application significance.
