成长小组在自主型管理班级中的实践

【摘要】:创建一个良好的班集体是减轻教师教育教学负担的前提,也是提高教学水平的必备条件。故班主任可以在班级中合理组建成长小组,确立稳定的组织形式,遵循"互补"原则,进行合理配组;在各自的小组中实行"竞选"机制,以增强团队活力。通过各小组自主规划发展目标,形成强烈的团队意识,根据组建的成长小组,选择制订规划目标,自主选择活动,并进行捆绑式评价和展示式评价,达到自主管理的目的。
[Abstract]:Creating a good class collective is the prerequisite to lighten the burden of teachers' education and teaching, and is also the necessary condition to improve the teaching level. Therefore, the class teacher can reasonably set up a growth group in the class, establish a stable organizational form, and follow the principle of "complementarity". Carry out rational allocation of groups, implement "campaign" mechanism in their respective groups to enhance team vitality, plan development goals independently for each group, form a strong sense of team awareness, and select and formulate planning goals according to the growth groups formed. Self-selection of activities, and bundled evaluation and demonstration evaluation to achieve the purpose of independent management.
