小学青年教师教学效能感特征及影响因素的调查研究

【摘要】：通过对小学青年教师教学效能感现状的调查研究与分析发现,小学青年教师教学效能感总体处于中等偏上水平,女教师个人教学效能感低于男教师,城区教师一般教学效能感低于乡镇教师,教龄5年以上的教师一般教学效能感低于教龄5年以下的教师,个人教学效能感高于教龄5年以下的教师。提高小学青年教师教学效能感的对策包括:加强社会支持,重视教师培训,提高职业认同感;加强教育研究,增加成功体验,融洽师生关系。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of teaching efficacy of young primary school teachers, it is found that the teaching efficacy of young primary school teachers is generally at the middle and upper level, and the personal teaching efficacy of female teachers is lower than that of male teachers. The sense of general teaching efficacy of urban teachers is lower than that of township teachers, and that of teachers with more than 5 years of teaching experience is lower than that of teachers with less than 5 years of teaching age. The countermeasures to improve the teaching efficacy of young primary school teachers include: strengthening social support, attaching importance to teacher training, enhancing professional identity, strengthening educational research and increasing successful experience. A harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
