小学生课余排球训练游戏化理念实践研究

【摘要】:少年儿童课余排球训练在发现人才、培养人才以及输送人才过程中,发挥着举足轻重的作用,也为我国竞技排球取得优良成绩做出了重要贡献。长期以来,不少前辈专家、学者教授对课余排球训练从理论到实践进行了大量探讨和研究,对课余排球训练的有效开展做出了实质性的贡献。但是,由于排球运动本身的技巧性、竞技性等特点,使少年儿童课余排球训练一直存在着难度化、成人化的现象,这便导致了早期课余排球训练枯燥性和困难性,严重影响了排球运动在儿童青少年群体中的深入推广和开展。基于课余排球训练长期存在的这一现实问题,提出了小学生课余排球训练游戏化的理念,并对其进行实践性的研究,以期证明这一理念的可行性、有效性和科学性。从而拓展今后课余排球训练理论与实践研究空间与视角;丰富排球课余训练方法的设计与思路;为我国竞技排球运动人才选拔和培养做出可持续性贡献。以文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、实验法等研究方法,运用SPSSI6.0进行数理统计和逻辑分析。以成都市石笋街小学东校区小学生课余排球训练共计48人(三组,每组16人)为研究对象,通过实验前后数理统计对实验班和对照班进行测评、统计与分析得出如下调查结果:1.排球课余训练的游戏化理念有利于营造轻松愉快的训练环境2.排球课余训练的游戏化理念有利于促进学生课余专项训练能力的提高3.排球课余训练的游戏化理念有利于激发学生参与课余训练的动机4.排球课余训练的游戏化理念有利于增加学生的课余训练兴趣5.排球课余训练的游戏化理念有利于转变学生的课余训练态度最后对课余训练提出建议:1)游戏化的排球课余训练要强调激发学生自主学习的潜能;2)排球游戏化练习中应使学生主要兴奋点和注意力指向相应的技术环节;3)游戏化的排球课余训练要体现训练的任务和目标性,避免为了游戏而游戏;4)游戏性练习中要注意培养参与者团队精神,体现排球运动团队配合的特点;5)游戏性排球练习的难易程度要掌握得当并逐步提高;6)教练自身要提高排球游戏性设计知识技能的储备。
[Abstract]:Children's after-school volleyball training plays an important role in the process of discovering, training and transporting talents, and has also made an important contribution to the excellent achievements of competitive volleyball in China. For a long time, many senior experts, Scholars and professors have made substantial contributions to the effective development of after-school volleyball training through a great deal of discussion and research from theory to practice. However, due to the skill and competition of volleyball itself, After school volleyball training for children has always been difficult, adult phenomenon, which led to the early after-school volleyball training boring and difficult, It seriously affects the further promotion and development of volleyball in children and adolescents. Based on this practical problem, this paper puts forward the idea of playing after school volleyball training for primary school students. In order to prove the feasibility, validity and scientificalness of this idea, to expand the research space and angle of view of the theory and practice of after-school volleyball training in the future, to enrich the design and train of thought of the volleyball after-school training method, and to carry on the practical research on it in order to prove the feasibility, validity and scientific nature of the concept. To make a sustainable contribution to the selection and training of competitive volleyball talents in China. The research methods are literature, questionnaire, expert interview, experiment and so on. Using SPSSI6.0 to carry out mathematical statistics and logical analysis, taking the after-school volleyball training of primary school students in East Campus of the primary school of stalagmites Street in Chengdu as the research object, there are 48 students (16 persons in each group) in three groups. The experimental class and the control class were evaluated by mathematical statistics before and after the experiment. The result of statistics and analysis is as follows: 1. The idea of playing volleyball after-class training is conducive to creating a relaxed and pleasant training environment 2.The idea of playing after class training is conducive to promoting the students' ability of after-school special training. The idea of playing after class volleyball training is conducive to stimulate students' motivation to participate in after-school training 4.The idea of playing after class volleyball training is conducive to increasing students' interest in after-school training 5.The idea of playing after class training in volleyball is beneficial to students' interest in after-school training. Finally, the suggestion on after-school training should be put forward: 1) in the after-school volleyball training, emphasis should be placed on stimulating the students' potentials of autonomous learning. 2) the main excitatory points and notes should be given to the students in the practice of volleyball games. The intention force points to the corresponding technical link 3) the game volleyball after-school training should embody the task and the goal of the training. Avoid playing games for the sake of games.) pay attention to cultivating the team spirit of the participants in the game exercises. The difficulty degree of the game volleyball practice should be properly mastered and improved gradually) the coach himself should improve the reserve of the volleyball game design knowledge and skills.
