北京市万泉河小学校园排舞特色文化构建探析

【摘要】：万泉河小学作为海淀区唯一一所体育运动学校,在体育运动项目上一直走在前端,而现阶段据我了解将排舞运动作为校园文化在学校开展的小学并不多,万泉河小学作为海淀区唯一一所挂牌的体育运动学校,万泉河小学力求打出造良好的校园排舞特色文化。本文通过对北京市万泉河小学校园排舞文化打造过程进行分析,总结出北京市万泉河小学校园排舞特色文化建设的经验,为未来小学校园排舞文化的构建提供借鉴作用。本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、实地研究法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等一系列研究方法对北京市万泉河小学校园排舞特色文化构建过程进行分析,并结合本人五个月以来作为万泉河小学外聘排舞教师期间的实地调查,为定义北京市万泉河小学校园排舞文化的概念及组成要素提供了必要的参考。另外,本人在万泉河小学实习期间,作为外聘排舞教师,深入其中的参与到万泉河小学校园排舞特色文化的打造过程中,并对万泉河小学现已有的校园文化建设资料进行剖析,深入研究万泉河小学校园排舞特色文化的建设过程,总结出万泉河小学校园排舞特色文化建设的经验。总结得出以下结论:1、北京市万泉河小学利用制度文化、物质文化、精神文化的特征,成功的在学校建立了体育校园文化、艺术校园文化,并根据以上两个校园文化,组织一些丰富多彩的文化活动,积极的促进学生全方位的培养,确定了该校建设校园排舞文化是围绕制度文化、物质文化、精神文化这三方面为主线展开的。2、归纳总结得出北京市万泉河小学构建校园排舞文化的概念从广义这方面看,北京市万泉河小学校园排舞文化的概念是开展校园排舞精神文化、制度文化、物质文化三方面的总和;从狭义方面看,北京市万泉河小学校园排舞特色文化建设是指校园文化环境、排舞活动、排舞课程建设、排舞兴趣小组、排舞比赛方面所积累的排舞精神文化、制度文化、物质文化的总合。3、北京市万泉河小学校园排舞特色文化构建经验包括:学校在校园排舞文化建设过程中应该以排舞精神作为建设核心,以排舞制度作为约束,以排舞的物质文化作为建设的载体,从实际情况出发,因地制宜,合理充分的利用学校现有的资源,根据学校自身的实际情况,在探索的过程中不断创新,开拓出属于万泉河小学自己的特色构建方式。4、北京市万泉河小学校园外部环境还比较健全,在一定程度上能激励学生参与活动的积极性,但是内部文化环境比较缺乏,排舞专业教师人数不多,排舞活动内容能得到多数学生喜欢、学生家长文化程度总体来说不算太低,对于学校开展校园排舞特色文化多数家长表示支持,教师排舞教学动作示范能得到多数学生认可,由于开展时间不长多数同学还不能更深刻的理解排舞,但对排舞运动还是表示喜欢。
[Abstract]:As the only sports school in Haidian District, Wanquanhe Primary School has always been on the front end of the sports program, but at this stage, I understand that there are not many primary schools in which the line dance movement is developed as a campus culture. As the only sports school in Haidian District, Wanquanhe Primary School strives to create a good campus dance culture. This paper analyzes the process of creating campus dance culture in Beijing Wanquanhe Primary School. This paper sums up the experience of the construction of the characteristic culture of arranging dance on the campus of Wanquanhe Primary School in Beijing, and provides a reference for the construction of the culture of arranging dance on the campus of the primary school in the future. A series of research methods, such as mathematical statistics and logic analysis, are used to analyze the construction process of the characteristic culture of campus choreography in Wanquanhe Primary School in Beijing, and a field investigation is carried out during my five months as an external dance teacher in Wanquanhe Primary School. This paper provides a necessary reference for defining the concept and elements of the campus dance culture in Wanquanhe Primary School in Beijing. In addition, during my internship in Wanquanhe Primary School, I was an external choreographer. Deeply participate in the construction process of Wanquanhe primary school campus dance characteristic culture, and analyze the existing campus culture construction data of Wanquanhe primary school, deeply study the construction process of Wanquanhe primary school campus dance characteristic culture. Summing up the experience of the construction of the characteristic culture of Wanquanhe primary school campus dance. The following conclusions are drawn: 1, Beijing Wanquanhe Primary School has successfully established the sports campus culture in the school by utilizing the characteristics of system culture, material culture and spiritual culture. Art campus culture, and according to the above two campus culture, organize some colorful cultural activities, actively promote the all-round cultivation of students, determined that the construction of campus dance culture is around the system culture, material culture, This paper summarizes the concept of constructing campus dance culture of Wanquanhe Primary School in Beijing. From the broad view of this aspect, the concept of campus line dance culture of Beijing Wanquanhe Primary School is to carry out the spiritual culture of campus dance. From a narrow point of view, the construction of characteristic culture in Wanquanhe Primary School Campus Dance arrangement refers to the campus cultural environment, dance arrangement activities, the construction of choreography courses, and the arrangement of dance interest groups. The spiritual culture and institutional culture accumulated in the competition of line dancing, The construction experience of the characteristic culture of campus line dance in Wanquanhe Primary School in Beijing includes: the school should take the spirit of arranging dance as the core of construction and the system of arranging dance as the constraint in the construction of campus dance culture. Taking the material culture of line dance as the carrier of construction, proceeding from the actual situation, taking measures according to local conditions, making full and reasonable use of the existing resources of the school, according to the actual situation of the school itself, constantly innovating in the process of exploration, To develop the unique construction mode of Wanquanhe Primary School. 4. The external environment of Wanquanhe Primary School campus in Beijing is relatively sound, and to a certain extent, it can stimulate the enthusiasm of students to participate in the activities, but the internal cultural environment is relatively lacking. The number of teachers majoring in line dancing is not large, the content of line dance activities can be liked by most students, the education level of parents is not too low, and most parents support the school to carry out the characteristic culture of school choreography. The demonstration of teacher line dance teaching can be recognized by most students, because most students can not understand the line dance more deeply, but they still like the line dance movement.
