小学语文教学中挫折教育策略研究

【摘要】:在孩子成长的过程中,小学是孩子离开父母生活的第一个公共场所,因此在其人生历程中占有相当重要的位置。就当前的发展背景而言,知识经济的发展已经逐渐趋于成熟,社会变革也因此得到了深化,这就在一定程度上迫使人们的生活方式发生改变,同时人们生存的难度也会加大,家庭结构的变化也将成为必然。在这样大的时代背景下,大多数孩子有着极其丰富的物质生活,是一个甚至几个家庭的掌上明珠。这使得一直被家庭庇护、还没有必要的心理承受力的孩子变得不堪一击,无法正确处理、适当排遣遇到困难后紧张和恐惧的情绪,抑郁甚至是自杀等一些心理问题应运而生。最近几年,青少年由于某些简单问题而自杀的比例逐年增多,对我国青少年儿童的死亡原因进行分析,不难发现因为自杀而造成的死亡占有相当大的一部分比例,且低龄化也越来越严重。因此,学生在小学阶段除了需要掌握一些基本常识,还需要加强自身的思想道德修养,培养良好的心态。古语有云:万丈高楼平地起。不难看出,即使再高的楼房,也需一层一层建立起来的,因此学生在小学阶段就应当接受挫折教育,通过这些教育学生能够实现自身心理素质的提高,从而尽可能多得迎合社会的需求。在整个小学阶段,小学语文十分重要,因此其课时较多,如果将整个教育体系看作是一个金字塔,那么小学语文无疑处于基础性位置。该门课程的教材内容十分丰富,同时教授方法也较为多样,这也在一定程度上为挫折教育提供了契机,使得对于小学生的挫折教育得以顺利开展。本文选取了理论和实践两个角度对挫折教育进行了分析,两线并进明确了挫折教育的依据,同时对小学生的心理特征进行了具有针对性的分析,并将该分析同挫折教育结合在一起,以期对挫折教育的实践提供有效的参考。
[Abstract]:In the process of children growing up, primary school is the first public place for children to leave their parents' lives, so it occupies a very important position in the course of their life.As far as the current development background is concerned, the development of knowledge economy has gradually become mature. Social change is thus deepened, which forces people to change their way of life to a certain extent, and at the same time makes it more difficult for people to survive, and changes in family structure will become inevitable. Most children have an extremely rich material life and are the apple of the eye of one or more families. This makes the children, who have been sheltered by the family and have not the necessary psychological endurance, become vulnerable and unable to deal with them correctly. Some psychological problems, such as depression and even suicide, have emerged as the times require to properly dispel the feelings of tension and fear after difficulties. In recent years, the proportion of teenagers committing suicide due to some simple problems has increased year by year. By analyzing the causes of death of adolescents and children in our country, it is not difficult to find that the death caused by suicide accounts for a large proportion, and the younger age is becoming more and more serious. In addition to mastering some basic knowledge in primary school, students also need to strengthen their own ideological and moral cultivation and cultivate a good mentality. As the old saying goes: ten thousand high buildings rise flat. It is not difficult to see that even the taller buildings, It also needs to be built up layer by layer, so students should receive frustration education at the primary school stage, through which they can achieve their own psychological improvement, thus as much as possible to meet the needs of society. The primary school language is very important, so it has more hours. If the whole education system is regarded as a pyramid, the primary school language is undoubtedly in a basic position. The teaching material of this course is very rich, and the teaching methods are also quite diverse. This also provides an opportunity for frustration education to a certain extent, which makes the frustration education for primary school students develop smoothly. This paper analyzes frustration education from two angles of theory and practice. At the same time, the author makes a targeted analysis of the psychological characteristics of primary school students, and combines the analysis with frustration education in order to provide an effective reference for the practice of frustration education.
