农村寄宿制小学生活老师职业生活现状的调查分析

【摘要】:农村寄宿制小学是为解决布局调整后农村地区小学生上学远和上学难的问题而发展起来的一种特殊的办学模式。改善农村寄宿制小学办学现状是提升农村地区义务教育质量、增进教育公平、实现义务教育均衡发展的关键所在。生活老师是农村寄宿制小学中照顾学生日常起居,保障和丰富寄宿生在校生活的人员,在促进寄宿生健康发展和快乐成长中扮演着重要角色,发挥着授课教师所不可替代的作用。本研究运用文献研究法,在掌握国内外相关研究动态、学习借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,阐明了农村寄宿制小学生活老师的角色期待,即生活老师是学生身心健康的守护者,生活老师是衣食住行的监护者,生活老师是养成教育的重要承担者,生活老师是寄宿生发展进步的促进者,生活老师是课余生活的设计者;并通过问卷、访谈和实地观察,从生活老师的基本构成、工作状态、社会地位、福利待遇等方面,了解农村寄宿制小学生活老师职业生活的现实状况;揭示农村寄宿制小学生活老师职业生活存在着身份尴尬、地位低,工作辛苦、待遇差,责任重大、保障弱,队伍不稳、人员少,聘用随意、素质低等主要问题;进而提出促进农村寄宿制小学生活老师职业发展的策略:第一,明确生活老师的身份、提升地位;第二,规范生活老师的聘任、保证素质;第三,提高生活老师的待遇、保障生活;第四,完善生活老师的培训、促进发展;第五,加强生活老师的管理、提高实效。
[Abstract]:The rural boarding primary school is a special mode of running a school which is developed to solve the problem that the pupils in rural areas are far away from school and difficult to go to school after the adjustment of distribution, and to improve the current situation of running a boarding primary school in rural areas is to improve the quality of compulsory education in rural areas. The key to the balanced development of compulsory education lies in the promotion of educational fairness. Life teachers are those who take care of the daily living of students in rural boarding primary schools, and ensure and enrich the school life of boarding students. It plays an important role in promoting the healthy development and happy growth of boarding students and plays an irreplaceable role for teaching teachers. Based on the results of previous studies, this paper expounds the role expectation of life teachers in rural boarding primary schools, that is, life teachers are guardians of students' physical and mental health, and life teachers are guardians of food, clothing, housing and transportation. Life teachers are important bearers of nurturing education, life teachers are promoters of the development and progress of boarding students, life teachers are designers of after-school life, and through questionnaires, interviews and field observations, from the basic composition of life teachers and the state of work, In the aspects of social status, welfare treatment and so on, we should understand the actual situation of the living teachers' professional life in rural boarding primary schools, and reveal that there are embarrassing status, low status, hard work and poor pay in the professional life of life teachers in rural boarding primary schools. The main problems, such as heavy responsibility, weak security, unstable team, few personnel, arbitrary employment, low quality, etc., then put forward the strategies to promote the career development of rural boarding primary school life teachers: first, make clear the status of life teachers and promote their status; Second, standardize the life teacher's employment, guarantee the quality; third, improve the life teacher's treatment, safeguard the life; 4th, perfect the life teacher's training, promote the development; 5th, strengthen the life teacher's management, improve the actual effect.
